To claim your tickets, please visit our ticket offices located at the train station 30 minutes before departure, carrying:
Your identity document,
a print out of the receipt of purchase,
the credit card with which the purchase was made,
and if traveling with infants (aged between 0 and 36 months), valid ID for each.
IMPORTANT:
Tickets should be claimed in person at Inca Rail's ticket offices. The CREDIT CARD MUST BE PRESENTED to be able to withdraw the tickets.
In accordance with our commercial policies, we will not accept credit card purchases made by people who is not part of the booking.
Inca Rail reserves the right to annul tickets if the buyer and/or passenger do not fulfil the requirements detailed herein, in which case the cost of
purchase will be refunded to the card used for purchase.
In no cases will purchases be refunded in cash or other means of payment that differ from that used for the original purchase.
LUGGAGE
The passenger may carry one item of hand luggage (backpack, briefcase) on board the train, with a maximum weight 8 kilos / 11 lbs and measuring no
more than 62 cm linear inches/157 centimetres. (Length + height + width). Inca Rail reserves the right to refuse the admission of luggage that does not
comply with the weights and dimensions established.
INFANTS
If travelling with infant(s) aged between 0 and 36 months, you will not be required to pay for a ticket provided that each minor travels in the arms of an
adult passenger. In order to do so, you are asked to go to one of our ticket offices, bearing your child’s ID, at least 30 minutes prior to travelling so we
can record his or her details on our passenger list.
Infants not registered on the passenger list through the above-mentioned procedure will not be admitted on board the train unless a ticket has
been purchased for them.
Only one infant per adult passenger is permitted to travel free-of-charge. Should you be travelling alone with more than one infant, you will be required
to purchase tickets for the other(s), while registering the details of the first as stated above.
NB: Inca Rail's ticket offices are located in:

Ollantaytambo: Calle Ferrocarril s/n, 30 metres from Ollantaytambo train station.
Machu Picchu: within Machu Picchu train station, 10 metres from the railway.
Poroy: within Poroy train station, Carretera Nro S/N Ferro. Sur Oriente Estación Poroy, Km. 18.
