Please read the following instructions carefully before filling up the Registration Form:


The competition is open ONLY for schools affiliated to recognized education boards and educational
trusts. Individual registrations from students will not be accepted.



The competition is open to students from Std: 1st to 10th according to five categories as follows.
(Group A: I to III)
(Group B: IV to VI)
(Group C: VII to X)
Topic: Participants are free to choose their own topics and themes.
Size: A4 (11” x 8”) / A3 (16” x 11”) Printing paper, Drawing Sheet, Cartridge Paper
Medium: Pencil, Sketch pens, Crayons, Oil Pastels, Water Color, Poster Color



Certificate of Participation will be given to all the participants of this competition.
Certificate of Appreciation will be given to students whose artworks are selected.
Participants ranking 1st, 2nd and 3rd from each group of every school will receive medals and Certificate of
Winner.
Thirty Consolation Prizes will be awarded Medal and Certificate. Top 250 selections at National level through
judges’ panel will be displayed in an exhibition and participants will receive Scholarships and other exciting
Prizes.



Each school can nominate any number of students for this competition. However, participation of a
minimum number of 50 students of total groups is mandatory. Each School will be the center of art work
collection for its registered students.



Felicitation of the school will be done who are submitting 350 entries or more.



Each participating student has to pay only Rs 60/- as ‘Registration fee’ to his / her school for each art work.



The school has to collect the total registration fee (Rs 60/- × number of participating students).
Example: For 278 Students = 60 x 278 = 16680/-.



School can retain 12% of total collected fund (towards logistics, draft making, postal charges and other
related expenditure).
Example: For 278 Students = 2002/- is to be kept by school from the total registration fee.



School to make one single DEMAND DRAFT for the total fee collected (after deduction), in favor of SANG
Edutech, payable at Surat. Cash/cheque will not be accepted. A confirmation mail will be sent to registered
school after we receive their Draft, Registration details and Students List.



Each Art Work to have the following details mentioned clearly at the back (in BLOCK LETTERS):

-Name of child
-Group (based on Standard Category A, B and C)
-Phone number of Art Teacher / School
-Name of school


Registration of students to school closes on 26th January 2017. Schools have to send Draft, Registration
details and Students List by 30th January 2017.



All packages should be sent through Registered Post / Courier Service.



The Art work is to be submitted by registered students to coordinating teachers by 22nd February 2017 or
before to the respective art teacher. (They can utilize the time when there are no exams) and it shall be
sent to us by 24nd February 2017 through the school.



Last day of sending Registration form, List of Participants and Draft is 30th January 2017.
Last day of sending collected Art Works is 24nd February 2017.
NOTE - (The number of list of Participants and Art Works should be equal.)

Rules and Regulations


The entries must be original and should not be a copy of greeting cards, posters, etc. Do not frame or mount
the painting or paste anything behind them. Three dimensional entries will not be accepted. Nothing shall be
stapled to the artwork in any way.



School Art Teachers please collect & check all the paintings of the students according to their registered
names. Parcel of entries should be packed properly. The parcel of entries should be sent only by Registered
post / courier service.



The paintings without entry fee / insufficient entry fee will not be accepted. The Center reserves the right to
retain all entries sent to the competition and the same will not be returned to the students / schools / parents.



The Center will not be responsible for the damage / loss during transportation. Participating schools will send
their entries at their own risk. All entries will be judged after 45 days from the last date of submission.



Rules are arbitrary and subject to change, if needed. Disputes if any are subject to Surat jurisdiction only.
