What is ICFM?
In Christ Fellowship Movement (ICFM)
consists of mission focused Christians who lead
in today’s high-impact Christian non-profit
ministries, churches, educational institutions,
and businesses. ICFM exists to unite, train,
and equip Christian leaders to think higher for
greater kingdom gain.
We move beyond good Christian management
to empower Christian leadership that’s
catalytic in its transformation of people, their
organizations, and ultimately the world.
ICFM collaborates with local and international
churches to create events that directly impact
and promote bonding between Christians. We

When and where is the ICFM Christian Youth
leadership Conference 2017?

It is crucial to be constantly
learning and exposing yourself to
new ideas, concepts, strategies,
inspiration,
and
new
relationships. This conference
will provide the finest of these
things. If you aren’t satisfied
where you’re at in your area of
ministry or with your leadership
team, this conference could be
the breakthrough you need.
ICFM Christian youth leadership
conference will be a perfect
blend of practical tips and
training with powerfully inspiring
and
spiritually
charging
encounters with God.

The conference will be held at the C3 church
Manhattan, New York, USA from 3 – 5 April 2017. It
will be the first ICFM Christian youth leadership
Conference in the United States.

We provide four key ministry thrusts throughout the weekend designed for long-term
results:
Present Christ vividly and unmistakably.
Exhort, Encourage and Equip young adults’ to actually walk out their faith in "real-life"
Create an atmosphere where the anointing of God can flow.
Provide hands-on learning opportunities so that young adults’ can put their faith into
practice immediately while seeing themselves in God’s big picture.

Who is who?
Counsellors: church leaders who participate to
lend stature and share expertise with delegates.
Candidates: Candidates apply to attend either
independently, through a partner organisation or
via a scholarship. Find out how to become a
candidate.
Delegates: Young Christian leaders attending for
the first time.
Ambassadors: Delegates who have attended
ICFM Christian youth leadership Conference
before and joined the international Ambassador
network. All delegates become Ambassadors at
the closing ceremony.
Observers: Representatives
from
partner
organisations who accompany a delegation,
participating in special networking sessions and
sharing their thoughts on ICFM Christian youth
leadership Conference

How is ICFM funded?
One ICFM is funded through a wide
range of partnerships with churches,
government
departments,
NGOs,
philanthropists
and
foundations.
These organisations support ICFM by
funding delegates to attend events.
Funds raised through delegate fees
cover the cost of staging each event and
the year round activities of ICFM. Learn

FAQ
How can I attend an ICFM Christian youth leadership Conference?
Attend with a partner organisation: We partner with many of the world’s leading churches, institutions and
foundations that support ICFM by sending delegates to the conference. If your organisation is interested in
partnering with ICFM please contact us: partnericfmny@reborn.com
Attend independently: You can nominate yourself to attend the conference as an independent candidate or
delegate. If your nomination is accepted the fee to attend is £1,975. You can pay this fee yourself or find
an organisation or individual to sponsor you.
Attend on a scholarship: A range of scholarships are available to enable individuals who are not supported by
partners to participate in the conference.

What is the delegate fee?
The delegate fee for the 2017 conference in New York is £1,975 plus VAT at the applicable rate.

What is included in the fee?
The delegate fee includes accommodation for four nights, ground transport and airport transfers, meals and
catering for the duration of the conference. This also includes conference materials, access to all sessions,
and conference speaking. Flights and any costs incurred travelling to the host city are not included in the
delegate fee.

What is the age limit?
You must be between the age of 18 and 39 to attend an ICFM Christian youth leadership Conference as a
delegate/candidate. It is at the discretion of the ICFM team to accept applications from those who are older
than the specified age, pending demonstration of personal impact, initiative, and willingness to engage as a
young Christian leader. We are not able to accept applications from those who will be aged under 18 at the
time of the conference.

Scholarships

Who can apply for scholarships and where can I apply?
If scholarships eligibility status is not included in your invitation letter, to apply for a scholarship, you must
show the following skills and traits:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- An evidenced commitment to effecting positive change. This commitment can come in many forms; ranging
from a high level of involvement in church related activities or community development
- Leadership ability
- Concern for local or global issues

How do I know if I received a scholarship?
After the deadline for Scholarship applications (15th January 2017) has passed, please allow one week for all
applications to be reviewed. We will contact applicants shortlisted for the Scholarship directly. If you haven't
heard from us in the one week after the application deadline, your application for a Scholarship has
unfortunately been unsuccessful. Scholarship recipients may be required to pay a security deposit, which will
be refunded during registration at the event venue.
