golf swing sequence tips information
Learning to play golf from day 1 often is exceedingly disheartening, especially when you haven t
been exposed to ideal practices. View today's tricks to spruce up your entire performance when
teeing off on the green:
1. To advance your total swingtechnique, always be aware of the position or angle of your head
relative to your legs and arms. Your whole body has an affect on your swing. It's not just your
arms and hands needed for providing power and precision to a swing - it's your entire body.
Your whole body is a long kinetic chain that produces and transmits energy to every swing. The
direction of your sway would depend on the position of your body. Small changes in your
shoulder, head and leg positions can shift the result of a swing.
Your head position, specifically, influences the direction of your forward swing. Each time you
lean to your right and you angle your head in a similar way, your club will inevitably move to the
right during the forward swing.
Exactly the same thing occurs when you move the majority of your weigh on the left and angle
your head to the opposite side - your forward swing will have a tendency to go left. Your head is
much like the rudder of the boat - it directs the rest of the body.
You have to be strategic when moving your head. If you move it around just you want to during a
swing (e.g. to feel easier) then you are more than likely not maximizing the chances of you
experiencing a powerful, accurate swing because the ‘rudder' is moving about.
2. Do you think you're having issues with slicing your shots? Everyone does - even pro golfers
hate it whenever they wind up slicing a shot. There is a procedure that you can use to avoid
slicing the ball.
The first thing that you should do is to determine the target line or fictional line to enable you to
position your body in relation to the ball. The target line exists to guide your body plus your swing
in order to hit the ball toward the target (and not away from it).
Once you found the target line, turn your upper body in order that it moves a few degrees to your
left. Your shot will be coming in from the left. Like a spring, your body was able to store up a lot of
potential energy as soon as you rotated your trunk.
You now have power - now you need accuracy. Accuracy will come from your hands and arms.
Recognize that you won't be able to make any redundant movements when you have already
spun your torso to the left.
Make use of your arms and hands to position your swing perfectly. The mark of a good shot is
that the spot nearby the heel of the golf club was able to make contact with the ball. This
particular spot offers golfer a lot of control and the impact of the club will be spectacular, trust me.
