Responsibilities of Committee Members
Some of the responsibilities of the committee members includes but not limited to the
following.
• Committee Members are required to forming team lineup before the game starts,
deciding who should play in which team.
• Committee Members will be doing all the communication when a problem happens
such as new people show up to play, when a team member comes late after the
game started, when there is a miscommunication or fighting between teammates
during the game, etc.
• Committee Members will make sure enough water is served to the players, and the
necessary equipment’s for the game are supplied
• And addressing other issues related to the game.


Team policies



The following are some of the rules that everyone needs to abide. These rules apply ONLY
for Tuesday afternoon meetups.
1. The team is full and we don’t admit new people at this moment. Please don’t bring
new people
2. The maximum number of players allowed in one team is 11(a total of 22 players in
both teams). If a player comes after the team size reaches the maximum, he will
NOT be allowed in the game. Each game runs for 20 minutes or until 2 goals are
scored
3. Game is scheduled to kick off at 11:30AM. You will have a better chance to be on the
team if you show up by 11:00AM. It’s possible that you may run late for any reason.
In this case, you have to respect your teammates and stay outside, and one the
committee members will let you know if you can join and play with the rest of the
players.
4. Treat others the same way you would like to be treated. This is RESPECT

If everyone honors and respects these four team rules, then we shouldn’t have any
distractions with regard to our game.




Team Membership Fee
Starting from February 1st 2016, all players are expected to pay a monthly
membership fee of $5. Payments are due at the first Tuesday of every month. The
money will be used to serve cold waters (to refresh during and after the game), to buy
soccer supplies for the game, such as new balls, jerseys, goals, etc. If you don’t pay the
monthly membership fee, you will not be able to play with the team.
