Layon, what another great year we had.
Two highlights would probably be the Olympic Activities we organized at
a school for disabled children, they loved the games we played together.
Also, we have to remember your campaign for the sustainability Day. No
wonder why you got the award!!!

Layon Sales team is working hard. But unfortunately Brazil and Argentina are
struggling politically and economically. And I can’t produce without demand.
Dow Industrial Solutions, since you don’t have any asset in Brazil, is there any
possibility of using our plant as tool manufacturer?

It was amazing that my first experience at the Chemical Market was to tackle
a new opportunity from the start. It was challenging to gain the trust of
experienced professionals to help me with this important project.

We finally made it!! Brazilian South Region Champions!!
It wasn’t easy being runner-up for 3 times in a row and playing the final
match with a broken finger since the end of first quarter.
But I convinced the doctor to let me stay and played the whole game.

What a party!! And just to think that it almost didn’t happen.
Less than a month before the ceremony the roof of our auditorium fell down.
As the Graduation Committee President I had to do my best to find another
location, new decoration, lighting and all re-hire all other services.
But in the end we got a new place for the party and the ceremony.
