DISTRICT 4 - SPRING 2017 INCENTIVES
Plan 4 Success II
Clubs that submit a written plan by February 28 for at least four (4) members who will complete a
CC, AC, CL, or AL award by May 31st earn $50 in gift certificates. Details here: bit.ly/D4TM_P4S
Lucky 7 Part II
Clubs that train seven (7) officers from December 1 through February 28 receive $75 in District
credit. See Club Officer Training schedule here: bit.ly/D4TM_COT
Leadership & Quality Award
Clubs that train seven (7) officers from June 1 through August 31 and again from December 1
through February 28 earn $25 in addition to the Lucky 7 Part II District credit.
Open House Challenge
Hold an Open House between January 1 and February 28. Add at least three (3) members within
three (3) meetings. Submit promotional materials, meeting agenda, and new member information to
growth@d4tm.org for $50 in District credit.
March Madness
Clubs that whose total membership is 75% of their July 1, 2016 membership base by March 17
(includes new and renewing members) earn $50 in District credit. Find your base membership by
searching for your club here: http://dashboards.toastmasters.org
#D4DuesDare
Create a 10-second video with any number of members daring another club to pay their dues on
time. Send this video to growth@d4tm.org by March 31. We'll post it to our Facebook group with the
hashtag #D4DuesDare. The club who sends the most creative video will earn $100 in District credit!
Talk Up Toastmasters
Add five (5) new, dual or reinstated members with a join date between February 1 and March 31
(payment must have been received) to get a special "Talk up Toastmasters" ribbon from
Toastmasters International and 10% off your next online order.
Join the Presidents Club
Clubs that complete 9 to 10 DCP goals (achieving President’s Distinguished) by April 15 earn $100
in District credit. Visit the Dashboard to view DCP status by club: http://dashboards.toastmasters.org
Beat the Clock
Add five (5) new, dual or reinstated members with a join date between May 1 and June 30 (payment
must have been received) to get a special "Beat the Clock" ribbon from Toastmasters International
and 10% off your next online order.
