LAS VEGAS WEDDING BUDGET
I know that wedding budgets suck, along with the wedding
planning so that’s why I’ve already put together a budget for your
Las Vegas wedding! Here are all of the things that you need to plan
for spending money on to make your Vegas wedding happen!
Plane Tickets - ??
I’m not putting a specific number here
because the prices differ so much from
where you’re leaving from to what airline
to how close you book tickets so check
travelocity as soon as you’re thinking of
Marriage License - $77
From the state of Nevada, you’re going to
need a marriage license from the
courthouse. It’s super simple to apply
before you go and then when in Vegas,
just go to the courthouse and pick it up!
Chapel - $199
Packages start at the thousands of different
chapels all in Las Vegas from around $99
and go all the way up to $1,000 or more.
It all just depends on what all you want
included in your wedding package.
Hotel - $120/night
You can find some great deals on hotels
that are right on the strip for around
$100/night! It sounds crazy but check out
trivago and you’ll find more information
Food - $300
This one is tricky because everyone eats
differently and at different places but this
is about what we spent on food when we
Booze & Gambling - $____
For this category, my husband and I set
ourselves a limit of $250 each that we
could lose on gambling and that was a
great system for us! (We don’t drink but
it’s a good place to lump the drinking and
gambling money together.)
FUN - $150
My husband and I only spent this much
money on what we would put in the fun
category because our wedding was the
most fun part. But we did do the Slotzilla
zipline over Fremont Street and rode the
rides on top of the Stratosphere, which are
both included in this category! (The
Stratosphere is wayyyyyy better for the
amount of money it cost vs. the amount of
wait time and fun we had jsyk.)
