A variety of spaces are available to fit your group’s needs. Private, Semi-private, and in the middle of the action are all available. Several
areas are configurable to your needs with rounds, long banquets, pri te board room, U shaped or classroom for meetings.

Entertainment
With enough notice Rodizio Grill can arrange for a variety of entertainment for your guests. This includes live music, DJ’s,
magicians, photo booth and more.

Special Dietary Needs
The restaurant easily accommodates a variety of special needs, from our mostly gluten free menu to vegetarians, and
pescatarians. Rodizio Grill does not use peanuts in our cooking and uses very little tree nuts. We are proudly 100% MSG
free, 100% Peanut free, and 95% Gluten free. Rest assured we will take great care of all your guests and work to
accommodate any possible special request.

Timing
A typical experience for a large group will last from 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Events are scalable to your needs. The style of dining works
well for groups on a limited time window but are looking for something more unique than a typical buffet. The concept timing can
also be scaled to accommodate functions that need a leisurely pace with a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception. Your event
planner will help you customize the event to your needs. The elimination of the ordering process allows guest to dine at their pace.

Alcoholic Beverage Service
Rodizio Grill is committed to serving high quality products to our guests while following all state laws. The restaurant will not serve
alcohol to any guest under age 21. In OH a valid form of ID is required to be served alcoholic beverages. Staff will not serve
intoxicated guests or guests showing signs of intoxication. *Charges for open bars do not change in the event a guest is no longer
being served. Refunds are not permitted.

experience and insure a high level of service.

CAIPIRINHA CART

Treat your party to a tableside Brazilian experience. A great way to get the party started.
A private bartender will make Caipirinhas in front of your guest. This traditional Brazilian cocktail is
made with lime, sugar, and Cachaça (Brazilian Rum) or try one of our Specialiaty Caipirinhas!
$30 per hour. Drinks will be charged individually. Other alcohol carts may be done. Please talk to

THE FINE PRINT
PARTY PLANNING, AGREEMENTS, GUARANTEES, HOST
RESPONSIBILITY
To properly plan for your event we ask that parties of 20 or more sign an agreement outlining menus, bar,
costs, seating, timing, prices, fees, contact information and any special arrangements. Once you indicate
your interest our event planner will work with you to customize an agreement reflecting your plans. Upon
returning the guaranteed signed agreement the planner will verify availability and send you a confirmation.
Parties of 30 or more will guarantee the final number of guests 72 hours in advance (7 days in December
and for parties on Saturdays and Holidays). Guest count is for set up purposes. Parties will be billed for the
greater of agreement minimum or guaranteed number of guests.
Manager may require deposit depending on timing and avaliablity. Deposit is applied to total on the day of
event.
The host of any group agrees to be responsible for members of their party including unpaid tabs opened by
members of their party, no show charges/guarantees and behavioral issues and/or damage to the space.

PRIVATE ROOM FEES, MINIMUMS AND GRATUITY
Private Room Fees Apply - includes coordination, planning, set up breakdown and basic linen.
Room Minimums Also Apply - Fees are based on desired date, time and duration of the event. Your event
planner will identify the charges in your customized party planner.
Suggested Gratuity 20% on parties up to 50 - Additional Planning Fee 2% for parties of 51 and greater.

PAYMENT, DEPOSITS, CHECK HANDLING
We are happy to process up to 15 separate checks. Please be aware that the processing does take
additional time for servers and management. For parties requiring more than 15 there is a 5% service fee.
Payment is due on day of event. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Pre-approved company
checks will be accepted on a case by case basis.
Deposits will be applied to final bill. Unsettled charges are charged to guaranteed credit card.

OPTIONS
Baked Salmon $25 per pound. Peeled Shrimp with Cocktail $25 per pound or $4.50 per individual.
Shrimp Skewers – 26-30’s $18 per skewer, 16-20’s $28 per skewer. Bacon Wrapped Jumbo Scallops
$30 per skewer. All specialty items require notice and are subject to availability.
Linens, flowers, and decorations can be added for a small fee. Please talk to your party planner for
avaliable options.
Buyouts available $3,000 non-prime, $5,000 prime, $10,000 super-prime. Must be done with Camelia
Package only. On days with Prime Menu, $15 added per person. 4 hour time limit, discuss with your
party planner for extended times. Prices are plus tax and gratuity.
