AIESEC is the world's largest non-profit student-run organization. It is an international nongovernmental not-for-profit association that provides young people with leadership
development and cross-cultural global internship and volunteer exchange experiences
across the globe, with a focus to empower young people so they can make a positive impact
on society. The AIESEC network includes approximately 70,000 members in 127 countries
and territories. It is the largest youth-run organization in the world.
AIESEC in Taylor's University was founded in year 2004 and we collaborated with different
stakeholders since then and also, we sent in and out with more than 300 students for
exchange and internship. Currently, we are working on a project known as Project Educator
2.0 which contributes to the 4th Sustainable Development Goal created by the United
Nation. This project aims to increase the education level of refugee kids in Malaysia.
International volunteers would be brought into Malaysia to teach these refugees basic
English and Math. This also allows the refugees to be exposed to the different cultures of
our volunteers. Right now, we would like to extend this amazing opportunity to YOU to be a
part of the team behind the scenes that makes this amazing initiative possible for the
betterment of the refugees in Malaysia.
