‫ﺍﳊﻤﺪ ﷲ ﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﳌﲔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺷﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻧﺒﻴﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﳌﺮﺳﻠﲔ‪ ،‬ﻧﺒﻴﻨﺎ ﳏﻤﺪٍ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫ﺁﻟﻪ ﻭﺻﺤﺒﻪ ﺃﲨﻌﲔ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﰲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺍ‪‬ﺘﻤﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻡ‪ ،‬ﻟﻴﻠﺤﻆ ‪ -‬ﻭﻟﻸﺳﻒ ﺍﻟﺸﺪﻳﺪ ‪ -‬ﺍﺑﺘﻌﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﲑ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﲔ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻴﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﺔ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔﹰ ﻭﺗﻄﺒﻴﻘﺎﹰ‪ ،‬ﻭﺻﺎﺣ‪‬ﺐ‪ ‬ﺫﻟﻚ ﺭﻭﺍﺝ‪ ‬ﻟﺴﻮﻕ ﺍﻟﺒـﺪﻉ‬
‫ﻭﺍﳋﺮﺍﻓﺎﺕ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻧﺘﺸﺎﺭ ﻟﻠﻤﻤﺎﺭﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺗﻨﻘﺾ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺣﻴﺪ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻘﺪﺡ ﻓﻴﻪ‪ ،‬ﻛﺎﻟﺬﻫﺎﺏ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﻜﻬﻨﺔ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺮ‪‬ﺍﻓﲔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺴﺤﺮﺓ ﻭﺍﳌﺸﻌﻮﺫﻳﻦ‪ ،‬ﻭﺿﻌ‪‬ﻒ‪ ‬ﺍﻹﳝﺎﻥ ﺑﺎﷲ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻮﻛﻞ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﰲ ﻗﻠﻮﺏ ﻛﺜﲑٍ ﻣـﻦ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﲔ‪ ،‬ﺣﱴ ﺃﺻﻴﺐ ﻛﺜﲑ‪ ‬ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﺑﺎﻷﻣﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﺒﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻗﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻹﻋﺮﺍﺽ ﻋﻦ ﺍﷲ‪ ،‬ﻭﻗﻠﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻻﻫﺘﻤﺎﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺍﺟﺒﺎﺕ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺴﺎﻫﻞ ﰲ ﺍﶈﺮﻣﺎﺕ‪ ...‬ﺍﱁ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻧﺘﺸﺮﺕ ﺍﻷﻣﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺲٍ ﻭﺳﺤﺮٍ ﻭﻋﲔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻛﺜﺮﺕ ﺍﻷﺳـﺌﻠﺔ ﻋﻠـﻰ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎﺀ ﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ؟ ﻭﻛﻴﻒ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺎﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﻣﺮﺍﺽ؟ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻫﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻴـﺔ ﺍﻟـﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ؟ ﻭﻣـﺎ‬
‫ﺿﻮﺍﺑﻄﻬﺎ؟ ﻭﻣﱴ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻧﺎﻓﻌﺔ؟ ﺍﱁ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﻠﺬﻟﻚ ﺭﺃﻳﺖ‪ ‬ﲨﻊ ﻣﺎ ﺗﻴﺴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﻓﺘﺎﻭﻯ ﲰﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﺰﻳﺰ ﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺪﺍﷲ ﺑﻦ ﺑﺎﺯ ‪ -‬ﺭﲪﻪ‬
‫ﺍﷲ ﺭﲪﺔ ﻭﺍﺳﻌﺔ ‪ -‬ﺣﻮﻝ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﳌﻮﺿﻮﻉ‪ ،‬ﻟﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﻧﱪﺍﺳﺎﹰ ﻭﻧﻮﺭﺍﹰ ﻳ‪‬ﻬﺘﺪﻱ ﺑﻪ‪ ،‬ﻓﺠﻤﻌﺖ‪ ‬ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ‬
‫ﻣﺎﺋﺔ ﻓﺘﻮﻯ ﻟﻠﺸﻴﺦ ‪ -‬ﺭﲪﻪ ﺍﷲ ‪ -‬ﰲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ‪ ،‬ﺭﺍﺟﲔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﷲ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻨﻔﻊ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻭﻗﺎﺭﺋﻪ‪،‬‬
‫ﺇﻧﻪ ﻭﱄ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺎﺩﺭ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﺒﻴﻨﺎ ﳏﻤﺪ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺁﻟﻪ ﻭﺻﺤﺒﻪ ﺃﲨﻌﲔ‪...‬‬
‫ﺍﳉﺎﻣﻊ‬

‫ﻭﺇﻟﻴﻜﻢ ﺍﻷﺳﺌﻠﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻷﺟﻮﺑﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺭﲪﻪ ﺍﷲ‪:١‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﲰﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ‪ :‬ﻋﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻌﲔ ﻫﻞ ﻧﻜﺘﻔﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﺮﻗﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ﺃﻡ ﻻﺑﺪ‪ ‬ﻣﻦ ﺍﻻﻏﺘﺴﺎﻝ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺋﻦ؟‬
‫ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺏ‪:‬‬
‫ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ﻋﻼﺝ ﻭﺍﻻﻏﺘﺴﺎﻝ ﻋﻼﺝ‪ ،‬ﻟﻜﻦ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺗﻴﺴﺮ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﺋﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻐﺘـﺴﻞ‪ ،‬ﻳﻌـﲏ ﻳﻐـﺴﻞ ﻭﺟﻬـﻪ‬
‫ﻭﻳﺘﻤﻀﻤﺾ ﻭﻳﻐﺴﻞ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﺔ ﺇﺯﺍﺭﻩ ﻭﺃﻃﺮﺍﻑ ﻭﻗﺪﻣﻴﻪ ﻳﻨﻔﻊ ﻫﺬﺍ‪ ،‬ﻳ‪‬ﺼﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺮﻳﺾ ﻭﻳﻐﺘﺴﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺍﳌﻌـﲔ‪،‬‬
‫ﻫﺬﺍ ﻳﻨﻔﻌﻪ ﺑﺈﺫﻥ ﺍﷲ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﻥ ﻏﺴﻞ ﻭﺟﻬﻪ ﻭﲤﻀﻤﺾ ﰲ ﺇﻧﺎﺀ ﻭﺻ‪‬ﺐ‪ ‬ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺮﻳﺾ ﻧﻔﻊ ﺑﺈﺫﻥ ﺍﷲ‪ ....‬ﻭﻗـﺪ‬
‫ﺟﺮﺑﻨﺎ ﺃﻥﱠ ﻏﹶﺴ‪‬ﻞﹶ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﻪ ﻭﺍﳌﻀﻤﻀﺔ ﻭﻏﺴ‪‬ﻞ ﺍﻟﻴﺪﻳﻦ ﻭﺣﺪﻩ ﻳﻜﻔﻲ ﺑﺈﺫﻥ ﺍﷲ ﰲ ﺇﺯﺍﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﲔ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﺍﺗ‪‬ﻬﻢ ﺇﻧﺴﺎﻥ‬
‫‪‬ﺬﺍ ﻭﻏﺴﻞ ﻭﺟﻬﻪ ﻭﻳﺪﻳﻪ ﻭﺗﻮﺿﺄ ﰲ ﺇﻧﺎﺀ ﰒ ﺻ‪‬ﺐ‪ ‬ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺮﻳﺾ ﻳﱪﺃ ﺑﺈﺫﻥ ﺍﷲ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﲰﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ‪ :‬ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺷﻜﻮﺍ ﺃﻭ ﻋﻠﻤﻮﺍ ﺃﻥ ﺍﺑﻨﻬﻢ ﻣﺼﺎﺏ‪ ‬ﲝﺴﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﲔ ﻗﺎﻣﻮﺍ ﺑﻐﺴﻞ ﻭﻣـﺴﺢ‬
‫ﺃﺑﻮﺍﺏ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﺯﻝ ﺃﻭ ﺩﺭﺝ ﻣﻘﺪ‪‬ﻣ‪‬ﺔ ﺍﳌﱰﻝ ﳑﻦ ﻳﺸﻜﻮﻥ ‪‬ﻢ‪ .‬ﻫﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﺸﺮﻭﻉ؟‬
‫ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺏ‪:‬‬
‫ﻻ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺑﺎﻃﻞﹲ ﻭﻻ ﳚﻮﺯ ﻭﻻ ﺃﺻﻞ ﻟﻪ‪ ،‬ﺇﳕﺎ ﺍﳌﺸﺮﻭﻉ ﻫﻮ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻋ‪‬ﺮﻑ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺋﻦ ﻓﻼﻥ ﺃﻭ ﻇﹸﻦ‪ ‬ﺃﻧﻪ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺋﻦ‪،‬‬

‫ﻳ‪‬ﻘﺎﻝ ﻟﻪ ﻳﻐﺘﺴﻞ ﻟﻔﻼﻥ ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﻏﺴﻞ ﻭﺟﻬﻪ ﻭﻳﺪﻳﻪ ﻭﺟﻌﻠﻬﺎ ﰲ ﺇﻧﺎﺀ ﻭﺻ‪‬ﺐ‪ ‬ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﻌﲔ ﻳﻨﻔﻌﻪ ﺍﷲ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣـﺎ‬
‫ﻏﺴﻞ ﺍﻟﺪ‪‬ﺭ‪‬ﺝ ﻭﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺍﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﻛﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻻ ﺃﺻﻞ ﻟﻪ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﻣﺎﺫﺍ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻗﺎﻡ ﺃﻫﻠﻪ ﺑﺪﻋﻮﺗﻪ ﻟﻮﻟﻴﻤﺔ ﻭﻳﺴﺘﺪﻋﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﰒ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻳﺄﺧﺬﻭﻥ ﺑﻘﺎﻳﺎ ﺍﳌﺸﺮﻭﺑﺎﺕ ﰒ‬
‫ﻳ‪‬ﻐﺴ‪‬ﻞ ‪‬ﺎ ﺍﳌﺮﻳﺾ؟‬

‫‪ ١‬ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﺳﺌﻠﺔ ﻣﻔﺮﻏﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮﻳﻂٍ ﳎﻤﻊٍ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺪﺓ ﺃﺷﺮﻃﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﻮ ﺑﻌﻨﻮﺍﻥ )ﻓﺘﺎﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﺴﺤﺮ ﻭﺍﳌﺲ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﲔ(‪ ،‬ﻋﻠﻤﺎﹰ ﺑﺄﻧﻨـﺎ ﱂ‬
‫ﻧﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺍﳌﻮﺟﻮﺩ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻂ‪ ،‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻧﻨﺎ ﺃﺿﻔﻨﺎ ﰲ ﺍﳋﺘﺎﻡ ﳎﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻓﺘﺎﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻣـﻦ ﳎﻤـﻮﻉ ﻓﺘـﺎﻭﻯ‬
‫ﻭﻣﻘﺎﻻﺕ ﻣﺘﻨﻮﻋﺔ‪ ،‬ﲨﻊ ﺩ‪ .‬ﳏﻤﺪ ﺑﻦ ﺳﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﺸﻮﻳﻌﺮ‪ .‬ﻃﺒﻌﺔ ﺩﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺳﻢ‪ ،‬ﻟﺘﻌﻢ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺋﺪﺓ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺏ‪:‬‬
‫ﻛﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻻ ﺃﺻﻞ ﻟﻪ‪ ،‬ﺇﳕﺎ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻋ‪‬ﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺋﻦ ﺃﻭ ﻇﹸﻦ‪ ،‬ﻳ‪‬ﻄﻠﺐ ﻣﻨﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻐﺘﺴﻞ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻣﺮ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ‬
‫ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻣ‪‬ﻦ ﻓﻌﻞ ﺫﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﻏﺴﻞ ﻭﺟﻬﻪ ﻭﻳﺪﻳﻪ ﻭﲤﻀﻤﺾ ﺃﻭ ﻏﺴﻞ ﻭﺟﻬﻪ ﻭﺫﺭﺍﻋﻴـﻪ ﻭﺩﺍﺧﻠـﺔ ﺇﺯﺍﺭﻩ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﻗﺪﻣﻴﻪ ﻛﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻳﻨﻔﻌﻪ ﺍﷲ ﺑﻪ‪ ،‬ﻳ‪‬ﺼﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﻌﲔ ـ ﺃﻱ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳ‪‬ﻈﻦ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﲔ ـ ﻳ‪‬ﺼﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻓﻴﻨﻔﻌﻪ ﺍﷲ‬
‫ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺀ ﻳﻨﺼﺤﻮﻥ ﻣ‪‬ﻦ ﻳﻌﺎﰿ ﻋﻨﺪﻫﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﲔ ﺑﺄﻥ ﻳﺄﺧﺬ ﻓﻮﻃﺔﹰ ﻣﺒﻠﻮﻟﺔﹰ ﻭﳝﺴﺢ ‪‬ﺎ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻷﻣﻜﻨﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﻬﻞ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺃﺻﻞ؟‬
‫ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺏ‪:‬‬
‫ﻻ ﻟﻴﺲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺄﺧﺬ ﻣِﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺺ ﺍﳌﺘﻬﻢ ﻳﻐﺴﻞ ﻟﻪ ﻭﺟﻬﻪ ﻭﻳﺪﻳﻪ ﻭﺩﺍﺧﻠـﺔ ﺇﺯﺍﺭﻩ‬

‫ﻭﻗﺪﻣﻴﻪ ﻳﻨﻔﻌﻪ ﺍﷲ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻗﺎﻝ‪) :‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﺍﺳﺘ‪‬ﻐﺴِﻠﺘﻢ ﻓﺎﻏﺴﻠﻮﺍ(‪ ٢‬ﻭﺇﻥ ﻏﺴﻞ ﻭﺟﻬـﻪ‬
‫ﻭﲤﻀﻤﺾ ﻭﻳﺪﻳﻪ ﻛﻔﻰ ﻭﺍﳊﻤﺪ ﷲ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﻣﺴﺢ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺍﺏ ﻭﻣﺴﺢ ﺍﻟﻄـﺮﻕ ﻫـﺬﺍ ﻳ‪‬ﻔـﻀﻲ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﻨﺠﺎﺳـﺎﺕ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻷﻭﺳﺎﺥ‪ ،‬ﻣﺎ ﳚﻮﺯ ﻫﺬﺍ‪ ،‬ﻫﺬﺍ ﻳﻔﻌﻠﻪ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬

‫ﻫﺬﺍ ﺃﺥ‪ ‬ﻳﺸﻜﻮ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪ :‬ﺃﺣﺴﻦ ﺍﷲ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ ﻳﺎ ﲰﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺇﱐ ﺃﹸﺻﺒﺖ‪ ‬ﺑﻌﲔ ﻭﻗﺪ ﺃﺩﻯ ﺫﻟـﻚ ﺇﱃ ﺃﱐ ﻻ‬
‫ﺃﺳﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﺠﺮ ﺃﻭ ﺃﱐ ﺃﻗﻮﻡ ﻭﺃﺫﻫﺐ ﺇﱃ ﺩﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﳌﻴﺎﻩ ﻓﺄﻧﺎﻡ ﻓﻴﻬـﺎ ﳌـﺪﺓ ﺗـﺼﻞ ﺇﱃ ‪٣٠‬‬
‫ﺃﻭ‪٤٠‬ﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﺳﺘﻴﻘﻆ ﻓﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻓﺎﺗﺘﲏ ﰲ ﺍﳌﺴﺠﺪ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﻤﺲ ﻗﺪ ﻃﻠﻌﺖ ﻭﺃﺣﺲ‪ ‬ﺑـﺄﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻗﺪ ﺿﺎﻉ ﻣﲏ ﻭﻻ ﺃﺩﺭﻱ ﻣﺎ ﺍﳊﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ؟ ﻓﺎﻧﺼﺤﻮﱐ ﻳﺎ ﲰﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ‪.‬‬
‫ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺏ‪:‬‬
‫ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺒﻜﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﻭﻻ ﺗﺴﻬﺮ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺴﺄﻝ ﺭﺑﻚ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﻼﺀ ﻭﺍﷲ ﻋﺰ ﻭﺟﻞ ﻳﻘـﻮﻝ‪:‬‬
‫)ﺍﺩﻋﻮﱐ ﺃﺳﺘﺠﺐ ﻟﻜﻢ( ﺗﺴﺄﻝ ﺭﺑﻚ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﺎﻓﻴﻚ ﻭ ﻳﺸﻔﻴﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﳌﺮﺽ ﻭﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﺗﺴﻬﺮ ﻭﺗﻨـﺎﻡ‬

‫ﻣﺒﻜﺮ ﺣﱴ ﺗﻨﺎﻝ ﻧﺼﻴﺒﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﻭﻻ ﺑﺄﺱ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺘﺼﻞ ﺑﺒﻌﺾ ﺍﻷﻃﺒﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﳌﺨﺘﺼﲔ ﻟﻌﻠﻪ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻋﻨـﺪﻩ ﺩﻭﺍﺀ‬
‫‪ ٢‬ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ )‪ (٢١٨٨‬ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺎﺱ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺑﻠﻔﻆ‪) :‬ﺍﻟﻌﲔ ﺣﻖ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻮ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺷﻲﺀ ﺳﺎﺑﻖ ﺍﻟﻘـﺪﺭ‬
‫ﺳﺒﻘﺘﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﲔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﺍﺳﺘ‪‬ﻐﺴِﻠﺘﻢ ﻓﺎﻏﺴﻠﻮﺍ(‪.‬‬

‫ﳍﺬﺍ‪ .‬ﺗ‪‬ﺒﻴ‪‬ﻦ ﻟﻪ ﻣﺎ ﺃﺻﺎﺑﻚ ﻣِﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﻟﻌﻠﻪ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻋﻨﺪﻩ ﺩﻭﺍﺀ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺟﺎﺀ ﰲ ﺍﳊﺪﻳﺚ‪) :‬ﻋﺒﺎﺩ ﺍﷲ ﺗﺪﺍﻭﻭﺍ‬

‫ﻭﻻ ﺗﺪﺍﻭﻭﺍ ﲝﺮﺍﻡ(‪ ٣‬ﻓﻠﻴﺄﺧﺬ ﺑﺎﻷﺳﺒﺎﺏ‪ ،‬ﻳﺘﺼﻞ ﺑﺄﻫﻞ ﺍﻻﺧﺘﺼﺎﺹ ﻳﺴﺄﳍﻢ ﻋﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﳌﺮﺽ‪ ،‬ﻳﺴﺄﻝ ﺭﺑـﻪ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻳﻀﺮﻉ ﺇﱃ ﺍﷲ ﻳﻄﻠﺒﻪ ﺍﻟﺸﻔﺎﺀ ﻭﻻ ﻳﺴﻬﺮ‪ ،‬ﻳﻨﺎﻡ ﻣﺒﻜﺮﺍﹰ ﺣﱴ ﻳﺼﻠﻲ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﺠﺮ ﻣﻊ ﺍﳌـﺴﻠﻤﲔ ﰲ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺴﺎﺟﺪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻻ ﺣﻮﻝ ﻭﻻ ﻗﻮﺓ ﺇﻻ ﺑﺎﷲ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬

‫ﲰﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﰲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣ‪‬ﻦ ﺧﻴﻒ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻹﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﲔ ﻫﻞ ﺗﻜﻔﻲ ﺍﳌﻌﻮﺫﺍﺕ ﻓﻘﻂ ﳌﺜﻞ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳊﺎﻟـﺔ‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﻳ‪‬ﺤﺼ‪‬ﻦ ‪‬ﺎ؟‬
‫ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺏ‪:‬‬

‫ﻧﻌﻢ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻳﻘﺮﺃ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳊﺴﻦ ﻭﺍﳊﺴﲔ ﻭﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪) :‬ﺃﹸﻋﻴﺬﻛﻤﺎ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣـﺔ‬

‫ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻴﻄﺎﻥٍ ﻭﻫﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻋﲔ ﻻﻣﺔ(‪ ٤‬ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﻗﹸﺮِﺃﹶ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻤﺎ )ﻗﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺍﷲ ﺃﺣﺪ( ﻭﺍﳌﻌـﻮﺫﺗﲔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻗﹸـﺮِﺃﹶ‬

‫ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ )ﺃﹸﻋﻴﺬﻛﻢ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻴﻄﺎﻥٍ ﻭﻫﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻋﲔٍ ﻻﻣﺔ( ﺳﻮﺍﺀ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ ﺃﻭ ﲨﺎﻋﺔ‬
‫ﻛﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺣﺴﻦ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﲰﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻛﻴﻒ ﻧﻘﻲ ﺍﻷﻃﻔﺎﻝ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﲔ ﺣﻔﻈﻜﻢ ﺍﷲ؟‬

‫‪ ٣‬ﺭﻭﻯ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺩﺍﻭﺩ )‪ (٣٨٥٥‬ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺮﻣﺬﻱ )‪ (٢٠٣٨‬ﻋﻦ ﺃﺳﺎﻣﺔ ﺑﻦ ﺷﺮﻳﻚ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ‪ :‬ﻗـﺎﻟﻮﺍ ﻳـﺎ ﺭﺳـﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ‬
‫ﺃﻧﺘﺪﺍﻭﻯ؟ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ‪) :‬ﺗﺪﺍﻭﻭﺍ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﱂ ﻳﻀﻊ ﺩﺍﺀ ﺇﻻ ﻭﺿﻊ ﻟﻪ ﺩﻭﺍﺀ‪ ،‬ﻏﲑ ﺩﺍﺀ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ ﺍﳍﺮﻡ(‪ .‬ﻭﺻﺤﺤﻪ ﺍﻷﻟﺒﺎﱐ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺟﺎﺀ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺃﰊ ﺩﺍﻭﺩ )‪ (٣٨٧٤‬ﻭﺍﻟﻄﱪﺍﱐ ﰲ ﺍﳌﻌﺠﻢ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﲑ )‪ (٦٤٩‬ﻋﻦ ﺃﰊ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺩﺍﺀ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ‪ :‬ﻗﺎﻝ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ‬
‫ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ‪) :‬ﺇﻥ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﺃﻧﺰﻝ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻭﺍﺀ ﻭﺟﻌﻞ ﻟﻜﻞ ﺩﺍﺀ ﺩﻭﺍﺀ‪ ،‬ﻓﺘﺪﺍﻭﻭﺍ ﻭﻻ ﺗﺪﺍﻭﻭﺍ ﲝﺮﺍﻡ(‪ .‬ﻭﺣﺴﻨﻪ‬
‫ﺍﻷﻟﺒﺎﱐ ﺭﲪﻪ ﺍﷲ ﻛﻤﺎ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﺔ )‪.(١٦٣٣‬‬
‫‪ ٤‬ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ )‪ (٣٣٧١‬ﻋﻦ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺎﺱ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﺑﻠﻔﻆ‪ :‬ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻳﻌـﻮﺫ ﺍﳊـﺴﻦ‬
‫ﻭﺍﳊﺴﲔ ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪) :‬ﺇﻥ ﺃﺑﺎﻛﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻌﻮﺫ ‪‬ﺎ ﺇﲰﺎﻋﻴﻞ ﻭﺇﺳﺤﺎﻕ‪ :‬ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﺔ ‪ ،‬ﻣﻦ ﻛـﻞ ﺷـﻴﻄﺎﻥ‬
‫ﻭﻫﺎﻣﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻋﲔ ﻻﻣﺔ(‪ .‬ﻭﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺩﺍﻭﻭﺩ )‪ (٤٧٣٧‬ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺮﻣﺬﻱ )‪ (٢٠٦٠‬ﻋﻦ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺎﺱ ﺑﻠﻔﻆ‪ :‬ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟـﻨﱯ‬
‫ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻳﻌﻮﺫ ﺍﳊﺴﻦ ﻭﺍﳊﺴﲔ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪) :‬ﺃﻋﻴﺬﻛﻤﺎ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻴﻄﺎﻥ ﻭﻫﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ‬
‫ﻋﲔ ﻻﻣﺔ( ﰒ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ )ﻛﺎﻥ ﺃﺑﻮﻛﻢ ﻳﻌﻮﺫ ‪‬ﻤﺎ ﺍﲰﺎﻋﻴﻞ ﻭﺇﺳﺤﺎﻕ(‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺏ‪:‬‬

‫ﺑﺎﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ‪ ،‬ﺗﻘﻮﻝ ﻟﻠﻄﻔﻞ‪) :‬ﺃﹸﻋﻴﺬﻙ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺧﻠﻖ( ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ ﻋﻨﺪ ﻧﻮﻣـﻪ ﺃﻭ ﰲ‬

‫ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎﺭ ﺃﻭﰲ ﺃﻱ ﻭﻗﺖ‪ ،‬ﺑﺎﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ‪ ،‬ﺗﻌﻮﺫﻫﻢ ﺑﺎﷲ‪ .‬ﺗﻘﻮﻝ‪) :‬ﺃﹸﻋﻴﺬﻙ( ﺃﻭ ﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻧﻮﺍ ﲨﺎﻋﺔ ﺗﻘـﻮﻝ‪) :‬ﺃﹸﻋﻴـﺬﻛﻢ‬
‫ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻴﻄﺎﻥٍ ﻭﻫﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻋﲔٍ ﻻﻣﺔ(‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﻫﻞ ﻟﻠﻌﲔ ﺃﻋﲏ ﺍﳊﺴﺪ ﺃﻧﻮﺍﻉ ﲟﻌﲎ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻋﲔ ﺗﻀﺮ ﺑﺎﳌﹸﻌ‪‬ﺎﻥ ﺑﺸﺪﺓ ﻭﻋﲔ ﺗـﻀﺮ ﺑﺎﳌﹸﻌ‪‬ـﺎﻥ ﺑﺄﺿـﺮﺍﺭ‬

‫ﺍﻟﻌﲔ ﺣﻖ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ‪) :‬ﺍﻟﻌﲔ ﺣﻖ ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺷﻲﺀٌ ﺳـﺎﺑﻖ‪ ‬ﺍﻟﻘـﻀﺎﺀ ﻟـﺴﺒﻘﺘﻪ‬

‫ﺍﻟﻌﲔ(‪ ٥‬ﻗﺪ ﺗﻘﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﲔ‪ ،‬ﺗﻀﺮ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ‪ ،‬ﻗﺪ ﻳﺮﻯ ﺷﻴﺌﺎﹰ ﻳ‪‬ﻌﺠﺒﻪ ﻓﻴﺼﺎﺏ ﺍﳌﹶﻌـﲔ‬
‫ﺑﺸﻲﺀٍ ﻳﻀﺮﻩ‪ ،‬ﻓﺎﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻳﺘﻌﻮﺫ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺧﻠﻖ ﺻﺒﺎﺣﺎﹰ ﻭﻣﺴﺎﺀً ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ‪ ،‬ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﻦ‬
‫ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺎﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻳﻘﻮﻝ )ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺧﻠﻖ(‪ ٦‬ﻭﻳﻘﻮﻝ )ﺑﺴﻢ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻻ ﻳﻀﺮ ﻣﻊ‬
‫ﺍﲰﻪ ﺷﻲﺀٌ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﻭﻻ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﺎﺀ ﻭﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻴﻢ(‪ ٧‬ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ ﺻﺒﺎﺣﺎﹰ ﻭﻣﺴﺎﺀً‪ ،‬ﻭﻫـﺬﺍ ﻣـﻦ‬
‫ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺎﻳﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻟﻌﲔ ﺣﻖ‪ ،‬ﻗﺪ ﺗﺼﺪﺭ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺑﻐﲑ ﺍﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭﻩ‪ ،‬ﻗﺪ ﻳﺮﻯ ﻣﺎ ﻳ‪‬ﻌﺠﺒﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺻﺤﺔ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ‬
‫ﺃﻭ ﻛﺜﺮﺓ ﻣﺎﻟﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻏﲑ ﻫﺬﺍ‪ ،‬ﻓﻴﺤﺼﻞ ﻟﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳ‪‬ﻌﻴﻨﻪ‪ ،‬ﲟﻌﲎ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻨﻀﻠﻪ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﲰﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻫﻞ ﳚﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺋﻦ؟ﻭﻫﻞ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺩ‪‬ﻋﻲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺫﻟـﻚ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻻﺣﺘﺠـﺎﺝ ﰲ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺪﺭ؟‬

‫‪ ٦‬ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ )‪ (٢٧٠٨‬ﺑﻠﻔﻆ‪) :‬ﻣﻦ ﻧﺰﻝ ﻣﱰﻻﹰ ﰒ ﻗﺎﻝ‪ :‬ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺧﻠﻖ‪ .‬ﱂ ﻳﻀﺮﻩ ﺷﻲﺀ ﺣﱴ‬
‫ﻳﺮﲢﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻣﱰﻟﻪ ﺫﻟﻚ(‪.‬‬

‫ﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪) :‬ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺍﻛﻔﲏ ﺷﺮﻩ( ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﲔ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭﻩ‪ ،‬ﻗﺪ ﻳﻨﻀﻞ‪ ٨‬ﺑﻐﲑ ﺍﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭﻩ ﻭﺭﻏﺒﺘـﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻹﻧـﺴﺎﻥ ﺇﺫﺍ‬
‫ﺧﺎﻑ ﻣﻦ ﻋﻴﻨﻪ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ )ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺑﺎﺭﻙ ﻟﻔﻼﻥ( ﻳ‪‬ﱪ‪‬ﻙ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪) :‬ﻣﺎ ﺷﺎﺀ ﺍﷲ ﻻ ﻗﻮﺓ ﺇﻻ ﺑﺎﷲ( ﺣﱴ ﺗﻄﻔﺄ ﺍﻟﻌـﲔ‪،‬‬
‫ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﳜﺎﻑ ﻣﻦ ﻋﻴﻨﻪ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪) :‬ﺑﺎﺭﻙ ﺍﷲ ﰲ ﻓﻼﻥ‪ ،‬ﻣﺎ ﺷﺎﺀ ﺍﷲ ﻛﺎﻥ( ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﺭﺃﻯ ﺷـﻲﺀ ﻳﻌﺠﺒـﻪ‬
‫ﻳﻘﻮﻝ )ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺑﺎﺭﻙ ﻓﻴﻪ( ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﻫﺬﺍ ﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪ :‬ﲰﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻛﻴﻒ ﻳﺘﻘﻲ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺴﺤﺮ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻭﻗﻮﻋﻪ؟ ﻭﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻌـﻼﺝ ﰲ ﺫﻟـﻚ‬
‫ﻣﺄﺟﻮﺭﻳﻦ؟‬
‫ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺏ‪:‬‬

‫ﺇﻥ ﺍﳌﺸﺮﻭﻉ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺘﻘﻲ ﺍﻟﺸﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﻮﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺷﺮﻋﻬﺎ ﺍﷲ ﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﻩ‪ ،....‬ﻭﻣـﻦ ﺫﻟـﻚ‬
‫)ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺧﻠﻖ(‪ ٩‬ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ ﺻﺒﺎﺣﺎﹰ ﻭﻣﺴﺎﺀً‪ ،‬ﻣﻦ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻗﻮﻟﻪ‪) :‬ﺑﺴﻢ ﺍﷲ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻻ ﻳﻀﺮ ﻣﻊ ﺍﲰﻪ ﺷﻲﺀ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﻭﻻ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﺎﺀ ﻭﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻴﻢ(‪ ١٠‬ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣـﺮﺍﺕ ﺻـﺒﺎﺣﹰﺎ‬
‫ﻭﻣﺴﺎﺀً‪ ،‬ﻛﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺟﺎﺀﺕ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻷﺣﺎﺩﻳﺚ ﻋﻦ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﺍﻟـﺴﻼﻡ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﻣﻦ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻗﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺁﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺳﻲ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻛﻞ ﺻﻼﺓ ﻭﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ‪ ١١‬ﻫﻲ ﺃﻳﻀﺎﹶ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﻦ‬
‫ﺫﻟﻚ ﻗﺮﺍﺀﺓ )ﻗﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺍﷲ ﺃﺣﺪ( ﻭﺍﳌﻌﻮﺫﺗﲔ ﺻﺒﺎﺣﺎﹰ ﻭﻣﺴﺎﺀً ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺷـﺮ‪،‬‬

‫ﻭﻗﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺴﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﺜﻼﺙ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺚ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﻔﲔ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﻭﺍﳌﺴﺢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺮﺃﺱ ﻭﺍﻟﻮﺟﻪ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ‬
‫ﻛﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺷﺮ ﻭﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﺑﻘﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ )ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺇﱐ ﺃﺳـﺄﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴـﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟـﺪﻧﻴﺎ‬

‫‪ ١١‬ﺭﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ )‪ (٣٢٧٥) (٢٣١١‬ﻋﻦ ﺃﰊ ﻫﺮﻳﺮﺓ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ‪ :‬ﻭﻛﻠﲏ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳـﻠﻢ‬
‫ﲝﻔﻆ ﺯﻛﺎﺓ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﻓﺄﺗﺎﱐ ﺁﺕٍ ﻓﺠﻌﻞ ﳛﺜﻮ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﻓﺄﺧﺬﺗﻪ ﻓﻘﻠﺖ ﻷﺭﻓﻌﻨﻚ ﺇﱃ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ‬
‫ﻓﺬﻛﺮ ﺍﳊﺪﻳﺚ ﻭﰲ ﺁﺧﺮﻩ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺃﻭﻳﺖ ﺇﱃ ﻓﺮﺍﺷﻚ ﻓﺎﻗﺮﺃ ﺁﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺳﻲ ﻟﻦ ﻳﺰﺍﻝ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺍﷲ ﺣﺎﻓﻆ ﻭﻻ ﻳﻘﺮﺑﻚ‬
‫ﺷﻴﻄﺎﻥ ﺣﱴ ﺗﺼﺒﺢ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ )ﺻﺪﻗﻚ ﻭﻫﻮ ﻛﺬﻭﺏ ﺫﺍﻙ ﺷﻴﻄﺎﻥ(‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺍﻵﺧﺮﺓ(‪ ١٢‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﰲ ﺍﳊﺪﻳﺚ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ‪) :‬ﺳﻠﻮﺍ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﺍﻵﺧﺮﺓ ﻓﻤﺎ ﺃﹸﻋﻄﻲ‬
‫ﺃﺣﺪ‪ ‬ﺧﲑ‪ ‬ﻭﺃﻓﻀﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ(‪ ١٣‬ﺃﻭ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭ)ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺇﱐ ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﺮ ﻛﻠﻪ( ﻭ)ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺇﱐ ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺩﺍﺀ( ﻭ)ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺇﱐ ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻚ ﻣـﻦ‬
‫ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻀﺮﱐ( ﻳﺘﻌﻮﺫ ﺑﺎﷲ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺷﺮ‪ ،‬ﻟﻜﻦ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻮﺫﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻷﺩﻋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺃﻓﻀﻞ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﲰﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺋﻞ‪ :‬ﺃﻧﺎ ﺷﺎﺏ‪ ‬ﻭﺭﺃﻯ ﰲ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﻡ ﺃﺣﻼﻣﺎﹰ ﻣﻔﺰﻋﺔ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺍﻷﻓﺎﻋﻲ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻜـﻼﺏ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﻏﲑﻫﺎ ﻭﻗﹸﺮﺃ ﻋﻠﻲ‪ ‬ﻭﱂ ﺃﺣﺲ ﺑﺸﻲﺀ ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﺣﺼﻞ ﱄ ﺗﺸﻨﺞ ﻓﻤﺎ ﺭﺃﻳﻜﻢ ﰲ ﺣﺎﻟﱵ ﻫﻞ ﻫﻮ ﻣﺲ ﺃﻡ ﻣﺎﺫﺍ‬
‫ﺃﻓﻴﺪﻭﱐ ﺃﻓﺎﺩﻛﻢ ﺍﷲ؟‬
‫ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺏ‪:‬‬
‫ﺇﺫﺍ ﺭﺃﻳﺖ‪ ‬ﻣﺎ ﺗﻜﺮﻩ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻞ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺑﻴ‪‬ﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ‪ ،‬ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﺻـﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴـﻪ‬
‫ﻭﺳﻠﻢ‪) :‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﺭﺃﻯ ﺃﺣﺪﻛﻢ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻜﺮﻩ ﰒ ﺍﺳﺘﻴﻘﻆ ﻓﻠﻴﻨﻔﺚ ﻋﻦ ﻳﺴﺎﺭﻩ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ ﻭﻟﻴﺘﻌـﻮﺫ ﺑـﺎﷲ ﻣـﻦ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻄﺎﻥ ﻭﻣِﻦ ﺷﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺭﺃﻯ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ‪ ،‬ﰒ ﻳﻨﻘﻠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻨﺒﻪ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈ‪‬ﺎ ﻻ ﺗﻀﺮﻩ‪ ،‬ﻭﻻ ﻳ‪‬ﺨﺒ‪‬ـﺮ ‪‬ـﺎ‬
‫ﺃﺣﺪ(‪ ١٤‬ﻫﺬﺍ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﻭﻳﺰﻭﻝ ﻋﻨﻚ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺑﺎﻟﺼﺪﻕ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﺭﺃﻳﺖ‪ ‬ﻣﺎ ﺗﻜﺮﻩ ﻓﺎﻧﻔﺚ ﻋﻦ ﻳـﺴﺎﺭﻙ ﺇﺫﺍ‬
‫ﺍﺳﺘﻴﻘﻈﺖ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ‪ ،‬ﻭﺗﻌﻮﺫ ﺑﺎﷲ ﻣِﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻄﺎﻥ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣِﻦ ﺷﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺭﺃﻳﺖ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ‪ ،‬ﰒ ﺍﻧﻘﻠـﺐ ﻋﻠـﻰ‬
‫ﺍﳉﻨﺐ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈ‪‬ﺎ ﻻ ﺗﻀﺮﻙ ﻭﻻ ﲣﱪ ‪‬ﺎ ﺃﺣﺪﺍﹰ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﺗﻘﻮﻝ )ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮ‬

‫‪ ١٢‬ﺭﻭﻯ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺩﺍﻭﺩ )‪ (٥٠٧٤‬ﻭﻏﲑﻩ ﻋﻦ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﻤﺮ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻗﺎﻝ‪ :‬ﱂ ﻳﻜﻦ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳـﻠﻢ‬
‫ﻳﺪﻉ ﻫﺆﻻﺀ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﻮﺍﺕ ﺣﲔ ﳝﺴﻲ ﻭﺣﲔ ﻳﺼﺒﺢ‪) :‬ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺇﱐ ﺃﺳﺄﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻌﻔﻮ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﺍﻵﺧـﺮﺓ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻠـﻬﻢ ﺇﱐ‬
‫ﺃﺳﺄﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻌﻔﻮ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺩﻳﲏ ﻭﺩﻧﻴﺎﻱ ﻭﺃﻫﻠﻲ ﻭﻣﺎﱄ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺍﺳﺘﺮ ﻋﻮﺭﺍﰐ ﻭﺁﻣﻦ ﺭﻭﻋﺎﰐ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺍﺣﻔﻈﲏ ﻣﻦ ﺑﲔ ﻳﺪﻱ‬
‫ﻭﻣﻦ ﺧﻠﻔﻲ ﻭﻋﻦ ﳝﻴﲏ ﻭﻋﻦ ﴰﺎﱄ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻓﻮﻗﻲ ﻭﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻌﻈﻤﺘﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺃﻏﺘﺎﻝ ﻣﻦ ﲢﱵ(‪.‬‬
‫‪ ١٣‬ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﻣﺬﻱ )‪ (٣٥٥٨‬ﻭﻏﲑﻩ ﻭﺻﺤﺤﻪ ﺍﻷﻟﺒﺎﱐ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ١٤‬ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ )‪ (٥٧٤٧‬ﻭﻣﺴﻠﻢ )‪ (٢٢٦١‬ﻋﻦ ﺃﰊ ﻗﺘﺎﺩﺓ ﺑﻠﻔﻆ‪) :‬ﺍﻟﺮﺅﻳﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺍﳊﻠﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻄﺎﻥ ﻓـﺈﺫﺍ ﺭﺃﻯ‬
‫ﺃﺣﺪﻛﻢ ﺷﻴﺌﺎ ﻳﻜﺮﻫﻪ ﻓﻠﻴﻨﻔﺚ ﺣﲔ ﻳﺴﺘﻴﻘﻆ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ ﻭﻳﺘﻌﻮﺫ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮﻫﺎ ﻓﺈ‪‬ﺎ ﻻ ﺗﻀﺮﻩ( ﻭﺯﺍﺩ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ‪) :‬ﻭﻟﻴﺘﺤﻮﻝ‬
‫ﻋﻦ ﺟﻨﺒﻪ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ(‪ .‬ﻭﺭﻭﻯ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ )‪ (٢٢٦٢‬ﻋﻦ ﺟﺎﺑﺮ ﺑﻠﻔﻆ‪) :‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﺭﺃﻯ ﺃﺣﺪﻛﻢ ﺍﻟﺮﺅﻳﺎ ﻳﻜﺮﻫﻬﺎ ﻓﻠﻴﺒﺼﻖ ﻋﻦ‬
‫ﻳﺴﺎﺭﻩ ﺛﻼﺛﺎ ﻭﻟﻴﺴﺘﻌﺬ ﺑﺎﷲ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻄﺎﻥ ﺛﻼﺛﺎ ﻭﻟﻴﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﻋﻦ ﺟﻨﺒﻪ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ(‪ .‬ﻭﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ )‪ (٦٩٨٥‬ﻋﻦ‬
‫ﺃﰊ ﺳﻌﻴﺪ ﺍﳋﺪﺭﻱ ﺑﻠﻔﻆ‪) :‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﺭﺃﻯ ﺃﺣﺪﻛﻢ ﺭﺅﻳﺎ ﳛﺒﻬﺎ ﻓﺈﳕﺎ ﻫﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺍﷲ ﻓﻠﻴﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻭﻟﻴﺤﺪﺙ ‪‬ﺎ ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﺭﺃﻯ‬
‫ﻏﲑ ﺫﻟﻚ ﳑﺎ ﻳﻜﺮﻩ ﻓﺈﳕﺎ ﻫﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻄﺎﻥ ﻓﻠﻴﺴﺘﻌﺬ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮﻫﺎ ﻭﻻ ﻳﺬﻛﺮﻫﺎ ﻷﺣﺪ ﻓﺈ‪‬ﺎ ﻻ ﺗﻀﺮﻩ(‪.‬‬

‫ﻣﺎ ﺧﻠﻖ(‪ ١٥‬ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻗﺮﺃ ﺁﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺳﻲ ﻣﺮﺓ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺓ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﻭ)ﻗﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺍﷲ ﺃﺣـﺪ( ﻭﺍﳌﻌـﻮﺫﺗﲔ‬
‫ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ‪ ،‬ﻫﺬﻩ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﻭﺳﺎﺋﻞﹲ ﺁﺧﺮ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪ :‬ﺭﺟﻞﹲ ﺃﻋﺮﻓﻪ ﻳﺼﻠﻲ ﲨﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺼﻠﻮﺍﺕ ﰲ ﺍﳌﺴﺠﺪ ﻭﻳ‪‬ﻈﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﺴ‪‬ﻨﺔ ﻭﻟﻜﻨﻪ ﻳـﺪﻋﻲ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﺍﳉﻦ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﲔ ﳜﺪﻣﻮﻧﻪ ﰲ ﻋﻼﺟﻪ‪ .‬ﻓﻤﺎ ﺭﺃﻳﻜﻢ؟‬
‫ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺏ‪:‬‬
‫ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﺘﻬﻢ ﻓﻴﺠﺐ ﺍﳊﺬﺭ ﻣﻨﻪ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﳉﻦ ﻻ ﳜﺪﻣﻮﻥ ﺃﺣﺪﺍﹰ ﺇﻻ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺧﺪﻣﻬﻢ ﻭﻫﻢ ﻻ ﻳﺆﻣ‪‬ﻨﻮﻥ ﻭﻻ ﻳ‪‬ﻌﺮﻓـﻮﻥ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﻟﻮﺍ ﺍﺩﻋﻮﺍ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻓﺎﻟﻮﺍﺟﺐ ﺍﳊﺬﺭ‪ ،‬ﺇﳕﺎ ﻳﻨﺼﺤﻬﻢ ﻭﻳﻮﺟﻬﻬﻢ ﻭﻳﺄﻣﺮﻫﻢ ﻭﻳﻨﻬﺎﻫﻢ ﻭﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪ :‬ﺍﺗﻘﻮﺍ ﺍﷲ‪ ،‬ﻭﻻ‬
‫ﺗﺆﺫﻭﺍ ﻋﺒﺎﺩ ﺍﷲ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﺳﺘﻘﻴﻤﻮﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺩﻳﻦ ﺍﷲ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻧﻮﺍ ﻟﻪ ﺑﻄﺎﻧﺔﹰ ﻭﻳﺴﺄﳍﻢ ﻓﻼ‪ ،‬ﻻ ﳚﻮﺯ‪ ،‬ﻷﻥ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣـﻦ‬
‫ﺟﻨﺲ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻜﻬﻨﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺮ‪‬ﺍﻓﲔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﻜﻬﻨﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺮ‪‬ﺍﻓﻮﻥ ﻳﺪ‪‬ﻋﻮﻥ ﺃﺷﻴﺎﺀ ﻣِﻦ ﻋﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﻐﻴﺐ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳ‪‬ﻠﺒ‪‬ﺴﻮﻥ ﻋﻠـﻰ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﺴﺘﻌﻴﻨﻮﻥ ﺑﺎﳉﻦ ﻭﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﲨﻴﻊ ﺃﺻﺤﺎﺏ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺍﳋﺒﻴﺜﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺫﺓ‪ ،‬ﺇﻣﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜـﺬﺑﻮﺍ ﻭﻳـﺪ‪‬ﻋﻮﺍ‬
‫ﺃﺷﻴﺎﺀ ﺑﺎﻃﻠﺔ ﻻ ﺻﺤﺔ ﳍﺎ ﻭﺇﻣﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺴﺘﻌﻴﻨﻮﺍ ﺑﺎﳉﻦ ﻭﻳﻌﺒﺪﻭﻫﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻘﺮﺏ ﺇﻟﻴﻬﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﺬﺑﺎﺋﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﻨـﺬﻭﺭ ﻭﻏـﲑ‬
‫ﺫﻟﻚ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ‪:‬‬
‫ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺀ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺎﻻﺳﺘﺮﺳﺎﻝ ﰲ ﺍﳊﺪﻳﺚ ﻣﻊ ﺍﳉﲏ ﻭﺃﺧﺬ ﺍﻟﻌﻬﺪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﳓﻮ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻭﺳـﺆﺍﻟﻪ ﺑﻌـﺾ‬
‫ﺍﻷﺳﺌﻠﺔ‪ .‬ﻓﻤﺎ ﺍﳊﻜﻢ؟‬

‫ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺄﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺧﺮﻭﺟﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺪﺙ ﻣﻌﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﻋﻴﺪ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﺬﻳﺮ ﻭﺑﻴﺎﻥ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﻇﻠﻤﻪ ﳍـﺬﺍ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺸﻲﺀ‪ ،‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﳍﺎ ﺗﻌﻠﻖ ‪‬ﺬﺍ ﻻ ﺑﺄﺱ‪ ،‬ﺍﳌﻘﺼﻮﺩ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻳﺴﺄﻟﻪ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻷﺷﻴﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻳﺘﻮﺻﻞ ‪‬ـﺎ ﺇﱃ ﺧﺮﻭﺟـﻪ‬
‫ﻭﺑﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺺ‪.‬‬
