a list of
the bass E string
few chords
from the
3E-Means 3rd note of the chord is on the
book chord
bass E string ( eg - 3rd of cmaj is e)
chemistry
which i
Similarly 5E,6E....etc
have
arranged
RA- Means the root note of the chord is on
according
the bass A string . SIMILARLY
to my
5A,6A..etc
prefrence
and it made RD - Means the root note is on the bass
learning
D string. SIMILARLY 5D,6D..etc
easier so i
wanted to
share it

The first two are
relatively common
shapes. We all know them
and if you dont know that
is also fine do check out
Marty,Justin,Dan
cross,Mahalo,howcast and
many more on youtube,
internet or private teacher
to get you adequate
knowledge which will
eventually lead you to
barre chords and scales.

.
Also if there is (3rd,5th,3rd and 5th) written over the chord
means those notes are ommited /missing dont get confused.
X- means optionaL OTHER THAN IN THE EXAMPLE
If Root is written over the chord means missing root .lol
So according to C A G E D system the E and G chords
will be the RE chords A and C will be RA chords and D
will be RD if you play the basic shapes you will find all
the chords start from root .
Now if you want to play the C A G E D chords but if
you want to play it from the 3rd note on the root it will
be 3E for the E and G chords 3A for A and C chords and
3D for the D chord .
So you will end up playing an inversion and trying to
memorise all the chords will be difficult for average
people like me so i have put it in this way so that you
can easily choose which inversion you want and usually
for most of the chords u will see i have tried to arrange
them in PAMI order .
You will still have have have to buy Ted Greene's
books. I have shown a small example of how i use those
chords rest is what you do with them with the help your
ear/theory/other knowledge/random/likings
needs..whatever. Also go to the last pages later.
Example - Hang on making 1 up right now
i will use tabs
