The Sonnenalp Hotel is dedicated to making the Sonnenalp Gold Club the absolute best value for you when staying with us.
Please note that we kindly ask you to book directly through the Sonnenalp Hotel, either over the phone or through the Gold
Club website in order to utilize your Gold Club benefits. We are not able to extend Gold Club member benefits for stays booked
through third party benefits programs like American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts. Please note that if you book another rate,
we will only be able to offer a limited amount of Gold Club benefits. Below is just an example of how our benefits compare to

BECOMING A GOLD CLUB MEMBER
You are invited to become a member of the Sonnenalp Gold Club when
you have stayed a lifetime total of 50 nights at the Sonnenalp Hotel. There is
absolutely no cost to become a member of the Sonnenalp Gold Club. There
are no initiation fees or annual membership fees. Your membership in the
Sonnenalp Gold Club is our gift to you as one of our most loyal guests.
Once you become a member of the Sonnenalp Gold Club, your member benefits
will apply to your Vertical Family. This means that your parents, your children
and your grandchildren will also be able to enjoy the benefits of Sonnenalp Gold
Club membership when they stay with us, even if you are not along for the trip.
When you become a member you will receive a Gold Club Member card that helps the Sonnenalp staff identify you
as one of our most loyal guests. Carry it with you and present as needed in hotel outlets to take advantage of your
member benefits, like discounts on spa services and complimentary valet parking.

FRIENDS TO FRIENDS PROGRAM
Share your love for the Sonnenalp with your friends! When you send your friends to us under this program, we’ll give
you an additional $100 resort credit on your next stay.
It is our continued goal to grow the Sonnenalp Gold Club membership and we invite you to help us do so by extending
your Gold Club benefits to a friend who has never stayed at the Sonnenalp before.
On your friend’s first stay with us, they will enjoy all the perks of being in the Sonnenalp Gold Club.This applies to new
guests on their very first stay at the Sonnenalp only. Please contact the Gold Club team directly to book your friend
under the Friends to Friends program.

REWARDS FOR BRINGING YOUR GROUPS
Have a group or meeting that you need to plan? With more than 5,000 square feet
of meeting space, we can accommodate groups of up to 250 people. Our Event
Planning Team can take care of all your needs, including technical support, for a
stress-free event.
When you book a new group to the Sonnenalp, we will credit your next personal
Sonnenalp stay with a 5% credit of all room revenue spent at the hotel by your

ANNUAL GOLD CLUB GETAWAY - SKI SAFARI
Gold Club members are invited each year to our annual Gold Club Getaway.
For the upcoming winter, we will be planning our popular Ski Safari program
January 21-25, 2018.
Please save the date and plan to join us for your opportunity to ski and ride Vail
over three days, guided by Johannes, Stefan and Sebastian. It’s all about where
the best snow is to be found each day.

SUMMER SPECIAL EVENTS
Each summer, the Sonnenalp puts together special events for our Gold Club guests. With a
focus on health and wellness, many of these programs will be put on in conjunction with the
team at the Sonnenalp Club and a variety of experts.
Be it hiking one of Colorado’s legendary 14ers with one of the most experienced mountaineers
in Vail, or a weekend tennis clinic with a pro, these programs will help our Gold Club members
get out and enjoy all that summer in Colorado has to offer.
**NEW** for this summer, we are excited to announce five summer Vail Jazz concerts hosted
at the Sonnenalp. We hope that you will plan to join us.
**NEW** for this summer, the Sonnenalp will be partnering with leading health and wellness
experts to bring you an exclusive series of wellness retreats. Each program showcases our
farm-to-table philosophy and dedication to holistic living. Learn to disconnect and reboot for
a healthier lifestyle. Each retreat features signature workouts, nutrition menus and healthfocused guided activities from a star lineup of experts who will lead, coach and train you.

SONNENALP ADVENTURE PROGRAM

Year-round the Sonnenalp offers special opportunities to get out and explore for our Gold Club guests. With a focus
on health and wellness, exploration and an authentic Vail experience, our Adventure Program offers something truly
unique. Be it hiking, horseback riding, stand up paddle boarding, or snowshoes, you are sure to find a unique and
memorable experience. Please contact Kara Schmidt, our Guest Activities Coordinator with any questions.

SONNENALP KIDS CLUB

The Sonnenalp Kids Club is our complimentary recreation program for children. Unique in the Vail area, the Sonnenalp
Kids Club offers structured activities and adventures for kids under the supervision of our Guest Activities Coordinator.
Most programs take place in the Kids Club, a dedicated room full of toys and art supplies, located at the hotel. Other
activities, like guided hikes on Vail Mountain get the kids active and moving outside of the hotel. Please contact Kara

THE SONNENALP CLUB
The newly updated Sonnenalp Club in Singletree has been opened for almost a full year now. Major renovations to the
Club included a new 10,000-square-foot health and fitness facility, which predominately features Technogym equipment,
the most technologically advanced fitness equipment available. The lower level has three fitness studios including yoga,
kinetics and spin, offering approximately 40 to 50 fitness classes per week. Renovations were completed in June 2016.
The Sonnenalp Club’s Golf Course features a semi-private 7,100-yard championship links style course. Just a short
drive down the road from the Sonnenalp Hotel property, this is a great way
to spend a beautiful Colorado blue-sky day.
The Sonnenalp Club’s restaurant, Harvest has already turned into a guest
favorite as it features approachably priced, seasonal American restaurant and
bar offerings.
Gold Club members get complimentary access to the fitness facility and
group classes.
