Bish Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Welder & Fabricator to join our team. For over 30 years we have strived to be at the
fore-front of Technological Agricultural Design, manufacturing innovative products that assist farmers with their farming
plan. The Welder & Fabricator is a key role in the production of our products such as Header Attachments, Corn-heads,
and Row-heads etc. This is a terrific opportunity for a self-starting individual who is ready to grow their career.
Job Responsibilities
As a Welder & Fabricator, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating a variety of steel agricultural machinery
parts. A variety of steel gauges are used in the production of our products. In addition to welding, this person will
operate a press break, drill press, computerized plasma table, torch, and a variety of other small hand and power tools.
Specific Welding & Fabricating duties:
• Operation of Drill Press
• Assembling and Disassembling
• Welding (Mig & Stick)
• Cleaning and Organizing
• Parts Cleanup
• Designing and Fabricating
• Torch Work
• Lifting (50+ lbs.)
• Using Hand and Power tools
• Operation of Computerized Plasma Table
• Operation of Press Brake
Job Requirements
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, skilled in maintenance and assembly for a variety of equipment. For this
maintenance position, you must be able to use basic hand and power tools and have good communication skills.
Additional Welding & Fabricating requirements:
• Ability to provide and use basic hand tools
• Ability to read and use a tape measure to precise measurements
• Team player
• Reliable with strong attendance record
• Ability to retain and apply instructions
• Ability to communicate and understand in English
• Ability to read and understand documents
• Ability to Multi-task
• Basic Math Skills; addition and subtraction
• Ownership of Toolbox and Basic Hand Tools
