not interfere with the work of the
nursing home, but if we observe
changes we can alert you so you
can talk with the medical staff to
understand why they are occurring.
Why we operate:
Statistics show that 85% of nursing home
residents never have visitors. This can be due to
families residing out of town, work or other
pressures. Do you worry that you cannot check
on Mom or Dad as often as you’d like? Are you
concerned the nursing home forgets how
important they are to you?
We’re here to help!
Our service is here to provide: “check in and
chat” with your loved ones to help you maintain
that peace of mind. We represent you and give
you feedback.
We support you. We visit your family
member when you cannot, on a weekly
basis, providing them with conversation, and
a reminder to them and the nursing home
that you care.
We provide the attention when you can’t
be there
Our worker spends an hour with your loved
one, providing conversation, checking in
with them and discussing daily and weekly
plans. We give feedback to you, keep you
informed and up-to-date so you can relax.
Or, if needed, contact the nursing home if
there are concerns.
