The present petiton has been filed by the petitioner/
complainant for cancellation of bail granted to accused/respondent
no.2 vide order dated 07.10.2015.
Mr.Shailendra Babbar has submitted that he has been appointed
Special Public Prosecutor by the Delhi Police/Government of NCT of
Delhi in this matter. He accepts notice of the petition on behalf of the
State and seeks time to file reply.
The grounds taken and arguments advanced by the counsel for
the complainant/petitoner necessitates the response of the respondent
no.2 on the plea of cancellation of bail. So, notice be issued to
Somnath Bharti/respondent no.2, returnable on 16.02.2016 for reply/
response to the petition.
