Exciting One Day Tour to Jaipur
Dust, sand dunes and historic monuments which show the story of brave royal heroes make the
Rajasthan different from other state. The state is a great tourist destination and studded with number of
palaces, forts and havelis which can’t be seen in one go. Instead making more number to your travel list,
choosing various cities of Rajasthan will be more to fulfill your travel experience. Make your one day trip
forJaipur; an elegant city and capital of Rajasthan.
I was on business trip to Jaipur, as meeting started early in the morning at 7 ‘o Clock and finished approx
9.20 AM. Fortunately I got a chance to explore the Pinkcity and hopefully taken a wholesome
experience. It was a cold day of December month; grasping the soothing cold breezes and making my
one day trip to more exciting. My first destination was Amber Fort which situated 7 kilometers in the
north of the City. After reaching in the parking zone, I took a ride on elephant up to the main courtyard
and ride was the most exciting experience for me because I never take a ride on elephant. A traditional
and vibrant design was painted on the back of the elephant. The fort comprises an architectural
structure with delicate artistic details. This fort was used to backbone home for ancestor of Jaipur
before becoming the capital of the royal state. The fort has four different courtyard; Ganesh Pole,
Diwan-e-Aam, Jaleb chok and Suraj Pole. Most famous gate is Ganesh pole which painted with vegetable
dye and make fort more beautiful in the rainy season. Inside the fort I have also found Sila Devi temple
which found by Raja Man Singh.
After exploring the Amber fort, I visited next to the Jaigarh fort which is a home for Jaivana cannon; a
largest cannon in the world. Aravali hills embraced Jaigarh fort which is located 400 above from the
Amber fort. Next destination was Jal mahal which is located on the way back to Jaipur City. Jalmahal is
situated in the middle of man Sagar Lake and built with red stone in the combination of Rajput and
Mughal style architecture. This palace comprised five storied building in which only a top most floor is
exposed and rest are remain under the water.
After visiting these palaces I took a glimpse of Hawa mahal(Palace of Wind) which has made with redpink stone and has five storied with 953 Jharokhas. Now I took en route to Jaipur’s local markets Bapu
Bajar, Johari bajar adnd chourah Rasta. I found these markets with full of chaotic handicrafts things like
bags, cloths, momentums and jewelry. Jaipur is famous hub for jewelry so here you will find unique
original and imitated jewelry. I allured with the makeshifts of the market which made me to buy
something for me.
It was delightful Jaipur city tour; gave a chaotic experience with full bag of opul ent and lavish memories.
My business trip became one day sightseeing tour.
