Sponsorship & Vendor Information – Summer Sidewalk Sale
Event Name: Summer Sidewalk Sale
Event Date(s): Friday, June 30th
Event Time: 5:00 – 8:30 PM (3.5 hours)
Event Details: DCMA is extending last Friday events in Downtown Clearwater through the Summer of 2017
for the very first edition of the Summer Sidewalk Sale. Every last Friday of the month June-August,
merchants and vendors alike will set up small table displays of flea market items, food and more, all while
enjoying music played by local artists.
Event Reach: We will be distributing posters & fliers in the neighboring communities. We will also utilize
digital marketing resources such as Facebook events and area event websites.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
Presenting Sponsor - $1,000 (only 1 available)
Be the catalyst of Downtown activity for locals, residents and visitors alike. The event will always be
introduced with your company name first, which will both create awareness for your business and show
your involvement in the development of Downtown Clearwater.
Sponsorship benefits:

Your company and logo will be used to present the event for all three dates in the summer
Your company name and logo will appear on the banner used on event days
You get a free 10x10 booth at a prominent location during the events
Your company will be announced twice during the events

In Kind Sponsorship – your cost for printing Fliers, Posters and Yard Signs (only 1 available)
Receive all below Sponsor Benefits by providing 1,000 Fliers, 100 Posters and 50 Yard Signs. In order to
secure this level of sponsorship, your company must be a paying member of the DCMA.
Sponsorship benefits:
- Your company will provide collateral/coupons to be given out to attendees
- You get a free 10x10 booth during the events
- Your logo will be used on all digital communications about the event for all three dates.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Volunteers are needed to man our information booth and assist the event coordinators. For more

VENDOR BOOTHS
Rules:
All are welcome to set up a table at our Summer Sidewalk Sale events. Rules are that all vendors are in
charge of setting up their displays, as well as taking it down at the end of the event. Vendors must be
selling items; no information booths allowed. No food vendors allowed, unless they are merchants of
Downtown Clearwater showcasing their menu items. Placement is first come first serve, knowing that all
Cleveland Street merchants have first right to the space directly in front of their store. Deadline to apply
is 7 days prior to the first event.
Cost:
Being that this is a new event, it is at no cost for vendors to participate. There is $20.00 refundable-uponparticipation fee to reserve space*. Your check, made out to DCMA, Inc. will be held and returned to you
at the end of the event. Please mail form & check, or deliver to:
