London Terror Attacks-3rd June 2017

We are grieved and in a utter state of shock that just a mere week after the Manchester terror
attack that innocent people have lost their lives and have been injured in London.
We at the Greater Manchester Muslim Community (GMMC) strive to eliminate such
extremist views. We strongly condemn the killing of innocent civilians. These attacks are
cowardly

and

barbaric

there

is

no

justification

for

such

acts.

The Muslim community of the United Kingdom come from all walks of life. They live in
harmony, peace and love with their non Muslims brothers and sisters. Our hearts and prayers
go to all the victims, their families and all those affected.
Our response is that we will stand together in solidarity and not allow the acts of terrorists to
divide us.
We trust that all Muslim shall reach out to those affected by last night's atrocity and
demonstrate that acts of hate will be defeated.
The GMMC sends a message that those who spread such vile views, hate and fear shall not
be tolerated and we urge the community at large to report any concerns to the police.
