onto the website: https://contest.dermalogica.com/#/03afdb to be received and tracked by
Dermalogica on the local and international leader board. Capturing of data onto the website
needs to take place at least weekly in order for other participants to have an accurate
representation of their position on the leader board.

Eligibility: This contest is open to all Dermalogica Skin Therapists whose Skin Centre has purchased a Nightly
Lip Treatment launch deal, subject to prohibitions in New Zealand, and subject to the further requirements of
these rules. An account is authorised if it maintains a written agreement with Dermalogica, its subsidiaries, or
its authorised distributor. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of 1 January 2017. Dermalogica’s (and
its affiliates’ and subsidiaries’) employees, and their families are not eligible to enter or win. Your participation
constitutes your agreement to be bound by these rules. Void where prohibited by law, regulation or ordinance.
Description of Contest: The contest measures sell-through data for the launch of Dermalogica’s Nightly Lip
Treatment product. The incentive begins June 16th, 2017 and ends on August 11th, 2017. At the start of the
applicable contest period, entrants can register for the sell-through contest on:
How to Enter: Each retail size Nightly Lip Treatment sold by an entrant, the entrant must be registered on the
site referenced above. Once four retail size Nightly Lip Treatment products have been sold the Skin Therapist
is eligible to receive one Dermalogica product of their choice, not exceeding the value of $130 RRP, as well as
one entry into the lucky draw. Once four retail size Nightly Lip Treatment products have been sold Carla Reinke
at S.H.E needs to be notified by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting receipts of the four
transactions. Each registered retail product sold after the initial four Nightly Lip Treatment products counts
as one additional entry into the lucky draw. Entries will be tracked on a New Zealand leader board. Winning
entrant(s) will be notified via e-mail by August 25th 2017.
Ownership: For both phases of the contest, entrants represent and warrant that:

on any rights of any third parties, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks, and rights of
Prize Description: Phase One: There is one prize awarded to one entrant drawn at random. The prize
winner will win $300 towards a dinner at a restaurant of their choice for their team. No reward substitutions,
cash equivalent or transfer of rewards permitted except at the sole discretion of Dermalogica. Rewards are
subject to restrictions and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Dermalogica is
not responsible for lost or mis-delivered prizes due to entrant’s inaccurate or improper address information.
Rewards may not be exchanged for cash or otherwise, except that Dermalogica retains the right to substitute
prizes of equal or greater retail value.
Claiming the Prize(s): Winner’s prizes will be awarded subject to the following conditions:
Winners will provide any additional documentation reasonably requested by Dermalogica, such as sales
receipts and including a release for and/or license to use winners’ likeness and name.
Winners must provide a valid mailing address for delivery of the prize.
