In fact, in Matthew 18:2-3, Jesus Himself said, "...Unless you change and become like little children
[having the faith and trust of little child], you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." Did you see what
He said? Unless you are like a little child, you will never enter in. Never!
So the first step to entering in is to apply your faith, a childlike faith.
FAITH REQUIRES ACTION
James 2:14 says, "Faith without action is dead." That means that real faith causes you to act. If you really
believe you can do something, then you will. What actions can you take?
It is as simple as finding what activates you, whether worship, prayer, a prophetic act or simply choosing
to step in. God will help you with this. For some, He shows them a ladder, Jacob's Ladder, for others, an
elevator, for others, angels or eagles carry them in, etc. When one person had a hard time entering in,
their deceased pet dog showed up and showed them where to go.
In most case, you can simply... Close your eyes. See a veil in front of you. With your hand push it aside.
Step forward and say, "By faith, I step through the torn veil and into Your presence Lord." God will do
So the second step to entering in is to exercise your faith and take action.
I AM IN, NOW WHAT?
In John 7:37, Jesus said, "Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, 'Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and
drink.'" Isaiah 12:3 says, "With joy you will drink deeply from the fountain of salvation!" (NLT)
As you consider all the reasons why you can enter in, be like a little child all excited and inquisitive. Take
in all that you can, note as much detail as you can, and interact with it. Ask lots of questions. Like a little
child... "Why this? Why that? What's this for? How does this work? How do I use this? Oh that's cool!
Awesome! Wow! Thank You Daddy!"
Also, assume that everything you experience is for you and about you, or about God's relationship with
you. Psalm 37:4 says, "Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart." As you
take delight in Him, in His and your home, He gives you the desires of your heart. If you like butterflies,
you will see butterflies. If you like mountains, you will experience mountains. If you like waterfalls, you
will experience waterfalls.
He allows you to experience things that resonate with your personality, your personal interests and your
calling. Sometimes He gives you things just to demonstrate His love for you because He is deeply in love
with you. Whatever you experience, assume God is showing it to you for a reason and try to find out the
reason because the reason will bless you. Again, ask lots of questions. Some have discovered that God is
often rather reserved, that He will not answer questions that you do not ask. That is, unless you are
asking Him about a thing, He may not say anything about it. Proverbs 25:2 says, "It is the glory of God to
conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings." Be a king and search out the matter. Even
Jesus said, seek, ask, knock, and seek first the kingdom. He rewards seekers.
So now that you know you can enter in, drink everything in, drink deeply.
