Heavenly Courts – Step by Step
INTRODUCTION
This is only a guideline! To navigate the Courtrooms of heaven properly, you must -- you must -- listen
to and rely on the Holy Spirit. Jesus can help you too. Let them step you through the process.
REMEMBER!!! Always ask questions as you go, even "Lord, what questions should I ask?"
At all times, keep your senses open to discern what Holy Spirit shows you! Sometimes He will instruct
you to do something different than what is shown here or what you did before.
Ask the Holy Spirit to tune your senses so that you are able to perceive what is going on in the heavenly
realms. Expect Him to do this. Remember! Everything is by faith! If you do not sense anything
happening, realize that something is happening because it really is. This is real and not your imagination.
The Holy Spirit recommended to me we use "Righteous Judge" from 2 Timothy 4:8, "the Lord, the
righteous Judge," and Psalm 7:11, "God is a righteous judge, a God who displays his wrath every day."
When going to Court on behalf of someone who is married, consider including their spouse at the
same times because Matthew 19:6 says, "They are no longer two, but one flesh."
You can individualize this for any situation, e.g. health, relationships, work or career, finances,
possessions, pets, etc. The pattern remains the same!
Take notes as you go. It helps to take notes during the session, what you asked, what the answers were,
what scriptures you used, what God said, what you saw angels or others doing, how the proceedings
went, etc, etc, etc.
Expect results! Expect to see and hear, but do not be discouraged if you don't. Just keep going by faith.
Because there is a cleansing or washing -- a purification -- that happens after each session, you may feel
as if you are a renewed person.
Go to the Courts often to keep the enemy at bay as it removes all of his accusations.
1) Prepare your case. Micah 6:1 As you go through each part, take notes.
Prayerfully consider the issues, people, etc, that you want to address. Write them down or type the
up. Example: I am here to... I am here on behalf of... I want to address... I want to hear the
accusations... Write it as a prayer which you will use later...
Father God, I come before the Courts by the Blood of Jesus and in Jesus name to hear the accusations
against [name the person or yourself]. Thank You for revealing them to me.
Father God, I come before the Courts by the Blood of Jesus and in Jesus name to address the issue of
[name the issue] for [name the person or yourself]. Thank You for hearing my case today.
Father God, I come before the Courts petition for [name what you're petitioning for]. Thank You for
hearing my case today.
Prayerfully consider what you'd like to see happen and what you'd like to see as retribution. Ask big.
Example: I want divorce from these issues. I want restitution. I want immediate action. I want a
sevenfold restoration.

2) Seek guidance, and direction. Ask to be led of the Spirit of God. 1 Kings 3:9, Psalm 51:6, Proverbs 2:6,
Proverbs 3:6, Matthew 7:7, James 1:5
Father God, as I prepare to enter Your Courtroom, please lead me, guide me and direct me. Show me
what to do, how to do it, and everything I need to know to have a successful case. Step me through
the process. Be specific with me. Be thorough. And allow me to literally see and experience the Court
proceedings as fully as possible. Make it vivid and real for me. In Jesus' name. Amen!
3) OPTIONALLY: Take communion to focus on Christ. 1 Corinthians 11:25
Father God, right now, I take a moment to partake of the flesh and body of Your Son Jesus and I do so
to remember His death and what He did for me. Thank You for this Bread and New Wine, the Body
and Blood of Jesus. I now take the bread and eat. [Eat] I now take the wine and drink. [Drink] And
Jesus said, "This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins." I
now drink and receive the eternal life that's in the Blood.
4) Praise and thank Him. Psalm 100:4, Psalm 95:2
Father, I enter Your gates with thanksgiving and Your courts with praise (Ps 100:4). I give thanks to
You and praise Your name (Ps 100:4). I come before You with thanksgiving (Ps 95:2). Thank You for
giving me the opportunity to come into Your Courts and present this case.
5) Step into the Courtroom. Optionally, stand in an open area where you can act out by stepping
forward or backwards.
In the name of Jesus, by faith, through Christ, I step through the torn veil into the Courtroom of
Heaven and presence of God. [Envision a torn veil, push it aside and step through.]
In the name of Jesus, by faith, I step through Christ, the Door, into the Courtroom of Heaven and
presence of God. [Envision a door, and step through.]
6) Acknowledge you are entering by faith, through Christ, His righteousness and His Blood. Isa 43:26
Father I enter Your Courtroom by the Blood of Jesus on the basis of Isaiah 43:26. I come not in my
own righteousness, but in the righteousness of Yeshua Hamashiah my Lord and my Savior. I come
covered in the blood of Yeshua Hamashiah and I come as a high priest. [As one who comes on behalf
of another, standing in the gap, and applying the Blood of the Lamb for their lives.] Thank You that I
can approach Your throne of grace with confidence, so that I may receive mercy and find grace to
help me in my time of need (Heb 4:16).
7) Optionally, welcome the heavenly court.
I acknowledge and welcome the Righteous Judge, the Holy Spirit as my Counselor, Jesus as my
Advocate, the holy angels of God, and all others present -- the great Cloud of Witnesses, and the
scribes that bear witness to this testimony.
Look around the Courtroom to see everyone. If needed, do it by faith as a prophetic act. Eventually,
you will see everything.

8) State why you are there from step 1. Include asking to be judged to life.
Righteous Judge, I come before Your Courts by the Blood of Jesus and in Jesus name to... [state who
or what you are there to represent - a person, a couple, a business, a city, a state, a country, a
situation, certain sins or issues, yourself, etc.] I am here on behalf of [person, place or thing]. I am
here to address [situation, sins or issues]. I ask You to judge me to life.
9) Ask the Lord to judge you to life. Ask to know if there is anything you have done to contribute to the
situation.
Lord, please judge me to life. I want to understand why this situation is happening, why is there
friction, why is there an accusation, did I have anything to do with it, did I create this, did I say
something incorrectly, is my heart wrong about this, am I really not the victim and I am the one who
caused the problem?
10) State the accusations, if known, or ask for a discovery of the accusations. Some suggest calling the
accusers into the Courtroom but that may work against you. 1 Samuel 12:7, Isaiah 43:26, Micah 6:2,
Micah 5:15, Psalm 74:22, Isaiah 1:18, Isaiah 41:1, Isaiah 43:9, Isaiah 50:8
Righteous Judge, what are the accusations involved in this case? Make the accusations known to the
Lord so that we can deal with them. [Keep asking for more until you are ready to move on.]
If you want to bring the accusers in...
Righteous Judge, I ask for a discovery of all accusers involved in this case. I ask that they be brought
into courtroom bound in iron chains and fetters, bound and gagged, in accordance with Psalm 149:8
and Matthew 18:18 (also see 2 Peter 2:4, Jude 6-7). Let the accusers make their accusations known.
11) If asking for accusations, wait for and pay attention to what comes to mind or you are otherwise
shown and write it all down or type it all up. Either you will see in the spirit or in a vision what the
issue is by literally being in the situation watching something occur or you will hear the accusations.
12) Acknowledge the accusations as sin. Take responsibility for it, whether you did it or not [your
ancestors may have] and repent, repent, repent! Repent for the reasons why the covenants were
made and what they were trading for, too.
Righteous Judge, I take responsibility for these sins on behalf of all of the ancestors and myself [or the
person] and I repent. I repent! I repent! I repent! I repent for every time [state the accusation, e.g.
every time we lied]... I repent for why this was done and what was traded for it.
Note: You may experience weeping or travail. Follow the Sprit's lead. Repent until you feel a release.
Remember!!! Even if you did not commit the sin, someone in the family line may have so repent
any way.
13) Ask God to forgive it and judge everything involved by the Blood and cleanse it from the family line
and you or the person you are there for. Ask to apply to Blood to the person, the family line, the
accusations, the sin, the consequences, everything.
Righteous Judge, please forgive everyone involved in this and judge everything according to the
dispensation of the Messiah. Judge everything outside of my covering with the same judgment. Judge

the accusers with the same judgment. Cover all the sin and their effects with the Blood of the Lamb.
Cleanse the family line and me [or them] of this sin. Apply the Blood of the Lamb to every area of
every life involved and over every pattern of iniquity within the bloodline. Remove every record of sin
and all its effects, and restore all DNA in the bloodline.
14) Ask to trade the issue for its opposite, e.g. pride for humility, stubbornness for willingness.
Righteous Judge, I would like to trade this [name the sin] for [name its opposite]. For example:
Where we have been prideful let us now be humble. Where we have been stubborn, give us a willing
heart. Consider scripture to support your case.
15) Ask for divorce papers from the accusers to have them locked away, no longer able to accuse or
harass anyone any further, or restraining orders to silence them and keep them from returning. In
extreme cases, you may ask to have them sent to the lake of fire immediately. Be led of the Spirit
here. Ask if anything that is hindered, blocked, or held up be released.
Righteous Judge, please issue a divorce certificate to divorce these demons/this [name the issue]
from the ancestors, all living members of the family and from me [or them] to remove them
permanently.
Righteous Judge, please issue a restraining order against these demons/this [name the issue] to
restrain them from harassing all living members of the family and from me [or them] permanently.
Righteous Judge, I ask that there be no opportunity for the accusers to appeal this case and any
attempt of the accuser to defy the divorce or break the restraining order means they are immediately
sent to the Lake of Fire.
Please sign, seal and process all paperwork involved and assign holy angels to carry out verdict. [Wait
for a release. You may see or feel them signing.]
16) Ask for specific verdicts, healing, deliverance, restoration, etc -- always ask big -- and even specific
time frames -- always immediately. Petition to have the person or yourself restored to the likeness of
Christ as fully as possible. Matthew 6:10, 2 Corinthians 3:18
Always ask for fullest possible amount, the maximum possibility of anything you ask for, and the
sevenfold restoration mentioned in Proverbs 6:31. Ask and believe for the big, the radical, the
extreme, etc, and even the impossible. But also be led of the Spirit and let it go. Let God give you
what He deems best.
Righteous Judge, per Esther 8, send out the decree to release [name of the person] immediately from
[name of issue] immediately and to restore back [name of thing being restored]. Let the decree
demand an immediate release from all influences of the accuser, that all involved be set free from
the chains of bondage immediately, that the scales the accuser has used to blind those involved
would be removed immediately, and that [name of the person] would be set free immediately on the
basis that we are innocent by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony [that Jesus died
for us]. On the basis of Proverbs 6:31, let the decree force the enemy to pay back sevenfold restitution
and compensation for everything stolen from [name of the person's] family line and me [or them]
starting today. Let the divorce papers [or restraining orders] take effect immediately. Thank You
Righteous Judge!

17) Ask and wait for the verdict scroll. Optionally, ask for it to be signed and sealed and have angels
assigned to it [if you do not want to go the Court of Angels]. When received, thank the Court.
Righteous Judge, I now wait for the verdict scroll. Thank You for this scroll.
18) Optionally, ask to read the verdict scroll or for it to be read out loud. It should be the verdicts you
requested. Listen for the verdicts. Listen for the Lord to give you something to decree.
Righteous Judge, please make known to me the contents of this scroll.
19) Optionally, visit the Court of Angels or simply release the angels by faith. If you did not have angels
assigned to the scroll or release them, you can visit the Court of Angels to do this step. Step out of
the Courtroom and into the Court of Angels and decree the angels are being released.
While facing the Judge, take one physical step backwards and respectfully step out of Court.
Thank You Righteous Judge for hearing this case today. In the name of Jesus, I now step out of Your
Court and into the Court of Angels.
Engage in the Court of Angels immediately. As a son of God, release the angels that have been
assigned to God's judgments and decrees over these demons to drag these demons back to the pit of
hell and exercise those judgments over them now.
I release the angels that have been assigned to Your judgments and decrees over these demons to

Pay attention for what you sense going on in the spirit. If you are sensitive in the spirit, you may
sense a number of angels and may even see some angels. They are there to help us.
20) Optionally, visit Melchizedek on the Sea of Glass. Step out of the Courtroom or the Court of Angels
and onto the Sea of Glass.
Thank You Righteous Judge for hearing this case today. In the name of Jesus, I now step out of Your
Court and onto the Sea of Glass.

21) Greet Melchizedek and state why you are there. If you pay attention, you may actually see him and
he will greet you. He is very proper and regal but very friendly.
Hello Melchizedek, I would like to trade the time in Heaven today for the manifestation of the verdicts
of this scroll and the divorce paper [or restraining orders]. Thank you!
Receive it from Melchizedek by faith. You may see some sort of exchange take place. Even though
you may see an exchange, he does not actually keep the scroll. It's yours. Optionally, you may eat the
scroll. :) Ezekiel 3:3
22) Step out of the Courts and onto your mountain and sit on your seat of rest and decree what God
gave you. Rest in the fact that the case has been handled. Have this attitude and declare something
like: I am no longer going to think about this. I am not going to talk about this anymore. I am not
going to worry about it. I am going to act as if it is already done. I have complete confidence that this
is taken care of and so I am going to sit right here in my seat of rest, and rest in His judgments,

resting in Him, resting in my relationship. I am completely persuaded, completely confident, by faith
and trust in my relationship with Him, that this thing is done, it's judged, and it's handled.
23) From your mountain and seat of rest, declare...
I now administrate the verdicts of the scroll in, over and around my life [or name of the person's life].
I declare and decree [I am or so and so is] now divorce from the accusers, is healed, is delivered, is
restored, is free, is...etc. I declare and decree... [list what results were won]. In the name of Jesus, I
loose and release the holy angels of God that are assigned to this case to go now and carry out the
verdict immediately.
OR SIMPLY...
I release the angels that have been assigned to these judgments from heaven into the earth now in
the name of Jesus. I release those judgments, edicts and declarations from the Father's Court from
heaven into the earth now in the name of Jesus.
24) Thank God for the outcome. Praise and worship Him. Expect to see immediate and lasting results. Be
excited about it. If you do not see results, continue to thank Him anyway or go back to Court and find
out what happened, or ask the Courts to rehear the case.
Father God, thank You for hearing this case and bringing about Your will on earth. Thank You for my
time with You. Thank You for bringing swift and immediate judgment. I bless You and thank You, in
Jesus' name. Amen!
