Customer View:





Customer has to register themselves on transportmantra.com by providing basic
details like company name, company profile, concerned person details like name,
mobile number, E-Mail etc. to complete the registration part.
After Registration customer will post their requirements like material, weight,
location, destination etc.
Customer will get quotations regarding their requirements from relevant transporters.
So that, customer can get the best one.
After confirming the deal, it will be closed and goods will be delivered.

Tender:




In MNC’s or large firms, they have huge quantity of transportation work. For
that, Transport Mantra is providing the facility of Tender.
Companies can nail down the contract with transporters by providing tender
details.
Through tender it is very easy for firms to try and do transportation work for
future with none agitated or work load.

Transporter View:







Transporter has to register themselves on transportmantra.com by choosing the
subscription package and providing basic details like transportation association
certificate, driver license, vehicle details like insurance, PUC and Fitness details etc.
to complete the registration part.
After Registration transporter can do the login and they will get the inquiries from the
companies for their registered route and truck type.
After getting inquiries transporter will coordinate with the suitable companies and can
bid on that requirement.
After confirming the deal, it will be closed.
By our tender facilities, transporters will get more work from large scale companies.

Franchise View:


Franchisor has the same working pattern as transporters. Other kind of work they have
to do are mentioned below:
o franchisors have to hire 3 employees (1 Caller + 2 Field Marketing person),
Transport Mantra will pay the salary of these employees mentioned in
Annexure-B.



Caller will generate the leads of companies and transporters.
Field Marketing person will follow the leads and close the deal.

o Franchisor will get the commission from the revenue generation by their
employees which is mentioned in Annexure-A.

Responsibility of Franchise:





They have to sell the subscription packages (transporters, brokers, fleet owners,
commission agents) and franchise across the India.
The franchisor is responsible for maintaining overall brand reputation, awareness, and
development.
Franchisor has to give us day to day reporting regarding their work.
Employee coordination is mandatory.
