TEACHER OR ASSISTANT

!

NOW

HIRING
SUPPORT THE MISSION

Great things happen at EFBA through the efforts of many hands deeply
engaged in a good cause. Help us grow in teaching French to children
in the Bay Area!

ENJOY THE DYNAMICS OF THE TEACHING PROFESSION

The scale of the challenge and the nobility of the profession motivates
you to accomplish goals while providing you a social recognition.

RECOGNIZE YOUR SELF-WORTH AND EARN WHAT
YOU DESERVE

EFBA pays each French Teacher at least $50/hour and Teacher assistants
$35/hour, which is more than most of the French organizations in the
area.

LIVE IT UP WITH A LIGHT SCHEDULE!

As a part-time Teacher you provide 3 to 6-hour class per week and have
plenty of time to pursue an activity of your choosing or take care of your
family.

GET A STEADY JOB WITH A NO-SURPRISE SCHEDULE

From October to May, you work twice to 4 times, on predictable week
days in the mid-afternoon. The total teaching time is between 81 and 162
hours per academic year.

A JOB NEAREST TO YOU

EFBA recruits close to your home and all accross the Bay Area: find a
partner school in the Peninsula, San Francisco, East and Outter East Bay,
the South Bay or the North Bay!

PROFESSIONALLY
EFBA invest in your skills and want to offer the best continuous training
to ensure your professional and personal success!
CROSS BRIDGES AND CLIMB UP CAREER LADDERS

get promoted as a training supervisor, a academic mentor, a DELF/DALF
examinator, a French summer camp director... or get promoted and join
the leadership team!
PARTICIPATE IN A PROFESSIONAL, DYNAMIC AND
INNOVATIVE ORGANIZATION
We are proud to foster a workplace free of discrimination. The educational
lab is reinforced by the talents who built up the creative programs and

brainstorm with our teams to help EFBA getting better and bigger.

Success is a mix of confidence, competence and purpose, come and join our team!
It does not matter where you were born, how you look like, what your accent is. What
matters is your passion for sharing your love of all things French and francophone, your
patience and dedication toward the children and you’re being self-motivated by the
impact you have.
We build better multilngual schools, day in day out, one child at a time.
