The Volleyball Federation of Kosovo, affiliated to FIVB, CEV and BVA, has been entrusted
with the organization of the 2017 Balkan Championship –U20 Man in city of Prishtina/Kosovo
between July 12 to July 14 2017.

2. OFFICIAL VENUE OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The official venue of arrival and departure of the teams is:
International airport “Adem Jashari”,Prishtina and/or hotel in Prishtina (for teams arriving
by bus). Distance from the airport to 16 kilometers.

COMPETITION AND TRAINING HALL
The matches will be played in Sport Hall “Pallati i Rinisë dhe Sporteve”, in Prishtina. The training
sessions will be held in the same Sport Hall.

For the arrival day, training schedule will be determined in accordance with the arrival of the
Local transportation from the airport Adem Jashari in Prishtina to the hotel will be organized by

For all participating teams the organizer will provide accommodation in accordance
with BVA Volleyball Regulations, i.e.:
• 7 double rooms.
• 4 single rooms.
• 1 single i 1 double room for extra persons (if any).

8. PRELIMINARY AND TECHNICAL MEETING
PRELIMINARY INQUIRY will be held upon arrival of the teams on July 11 , 2017 in the
Hotel “La Swise”.
Present: Team Manager, Head Coach and Medical Doctor (if any);
BVA 05bis Form (12 players);
Individual passport or identity cards with photo of the players;
Valid Health certificate (M-4 Forms) for each player, with date and medical examination;
FIVB or CEV accreditation certificate for doctor and physiotherapist (if any);
− Sample of each uniform (shirt + shorts) – two different color Captain and Libero;
Payment of 30,00 EURO per person per day to the organizer as contribution for board and
lodging costs (the arrival and departure day are counting as one day) ;
Payment of 50 EURO per person per day for any extra person (no more than 3 persons);
Technical Meeting will start at 22,00h in Hotel “La Swise”.
9. AGE LIMITS
Participation on 2017 Balkan Championship for Junior Mann can take players born of 1
January 1997 and after.
10. MEALS – DRINKS
Meals will be arranged in compliance with CEV instructions, i.e. 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and
dinner + one nonalcoholic drink).
During the competition days (12.07. to 14.07.) the teams will be provided with a snack before
or after the match. All additional drinks and meals must be paid for by the participants. Meal times
will be determined according to the match/training schedule.
During the matches and training sessions the Organizer will provide to all teams with
nonalcoholic drinks (water non-carbonated).
The organizer provides laundry for the players uniform per team per competition day for the
used uniform that day (1 shirt, 1 short and 1 pair of socks).

Each delegation of the visiting teams will be composed of maximum 18 persons: 12 players and

Participant who need visa for entering in Kosovo are kindly requested to submit their
applications to the Kosovo Embassy in their country, respecting the deadline set by diplomatic
consular authorities of Kosovo. Official Invitations shall be sent upon request, if necessary.
