Key in the name of the Characteristic in the screen attached below
And click on Maintain
On the next screen click the Tab “Business Explorer” and check the box AuthorizationRelevant.
The version box changes to Revised Not Saved
Save it and it changes to Revised Saved
At this point in time there are two versions of the characteristic
A: i.e. the original version which was intended to be changed. This version is one which is activated, and
M: the new saved version. This version is not active and has no effect.
Once the M version is activated it overwrites the previous A version to become the new A version.
M is activated by using the Activate button
