RPL for ACS
RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) for ACS (Australian Computer Society) is a unified process by which an authoritative body assesses the
skills related to knowledge and competences of individual which he has gained through informal and non-formal learning, in order to count
ahead for nationally affiliated to recognized qualification through Australian Computer Society (ACS). Application form that needs to be
submit should be according to standards define under 6 digits Australian and New Zealand standard classification of occupations (ANZSCO).
RPL for ACS
There are two types of RPL applicant can apply for; one is Formal and other is Non-formal. Formal RPL sometimes is referred to as cross
credit. It gives credit to fresh AUT program for legal papers that is completed in another program at AUT or any other tertiary of Education
whereas, Non-formal – credit is for papers in fresh AUT program from previously acquired learning gained from life or experience related to
work that includes both non formal and formal learning. What one must have in order to qualify for RPL? for that very purpose applicant
must have prior formal learning normally that must have been taken within five years from date of enrollment into program.
Application of recognition of Prior Learning required to be completed for all Recognition of prior learning types and they must be attached
to the online application form under RPL tab in PDF format. Document is separated in two sections that applicants must complete.

This application is for those applicants who are NOT having ICT related territory qualification. People who do not have minimum or
equivalent qualification of 6 years to their closely related experience apply via RPL application process.
