Responsible for adjusting the daily, weekly
and monthly sales and production forecast
accounting for day of the week, seasonality
and promotional product sales trends
Daily drawer closure, reconciliation and
bank deposits

Responds to customer feedback
Ensures store cleanliness to brand

Includes recurring interviewing, hiring,

Troubleshoots basic operational problems

Coordinates third party vendor and
distributor deliveries and maintenance

Qualifications:
● 2 plus years retail food business management experience in accordance with job
overview above.
● Candidate should be organized, clean and efficient.
● Candidate must have a car.
