the Science Center will be same parking lot we have used for
the Garden Club with additional parking to the North of the

Amy Hamedl has volunteer to greet the guest and
members at the Science Center’s Front Desk (wait till you see
that) and we could use another volunteer to help her! You
will not be required to sit there all night, the doors will be
locked upon arrangement with the custodian. Our new
location is spiffy! Plush chairs for all, acoustics to die for,
new restroom facilities etc! It will be a nice change! So
PLEASE JOIN US AND remember to bring a friend (contest
for the member bringing the most guest in 2013, prize in
December a choice of a 2014 membership or a Silver Dollar)!
Cheryl Petenbrink volunteered to bring in the Mystery Prize
Stumper for May! Steve Hoskins will give a detailed report of
the Treasure Hunter's Cookout.

The coin cache is "missing in action". Mindy and Gary
Spiroch checked the site that was chosen to bury the cache
and it wasn't there. So far no club member has claimed the
$25 award. The board will table redoing the coin cache till
the fall.

RAFFLE
The next club raffle is a Kodak waterproof camera
(donated by John Presslein) and a book "Historic Photos of
PB County" (donated by Jim Sharp). There will be two
winners. Spots are $1 each.
JOIN US EARLY AT P.A. BBQ!
Join fellow club members for dinner in the back room of P.A.
BBQ at 5:15 p.m. before the meeting. Dutch treat!
Park Avenue BBQ & Grille

MAY CLUB HUNT
John Lobota will be hosting the club hunt at a private
beachfront site. The hunt is Sunday evening May 19. We will
meet at McDonalds at I95 & Blue Heron Blvd at 4:30 pm.
John's cell number for those attending... 561-628-2629.

NIKOLAY MALCHEV
Nikolay aka The Bulgarian will be traveling to Bulgaria
soon with Kellyco representatives. They will be meeting
with other detectorists from various countries to discuss
issues that concern metal detecting on a world wide basis.
As a nice gesture, our club would like to give him club
patches to take as gifts. If you have any of the club patches the small ones or the large ones, that you would like to
donate; please bring them to the May meeting or contact
Linda Bennett.
Hopefully this is a step on a larger scale to prevent
appearance of more signs like below.
