Ryllis Resin
Terms of Service
By using our services (collectively, “service”) provided by Ryllis Resin (“we” “us” or “our”) the client
(“you” or “your”) accepts this agreement.
All clients must be over the age of 18 to form a legal contract, and when not of age, must obtain the
signature of their legal guardian.

Cost of Labor
Ryllis Resin charges $15.00 USD per hour for labor.

Initial Quote
Upon contact, we will ask you details about your commission project including, but not limited to
sizing/measurements, shape, color, material, texture, pattern, flexibility, hardness, and shine. The
agreed details and description will be put into the contract for you to sign.
We agree to provide an initial quote, which covers the following items:
• Materials
• Hourly Labor
Quote estimate can increase or decrease based on actual hours worked by Ryllis Resin. At maximum, an
addition of three hours will be charge. Client will not be charged for work beyond an additional three
hours, and we will take responsibility for time discrepancy in quote amount.
The initial quote does not include:
• Shipping
Upon signing contract, agreed commission details cannot be changed.

Labor

Labor will be tracked by us, and provided evidence to you whenever the commission is worked on.
Work-in-progress (WIP) images will be sent to you as often as possible, and in natural daylight when
possible. If natural daylight pictures cannot initially be given, they will be taken at a later time to show
product in natural lighting. Any additional requested pictures by you will be fulfilled as well.
We will include a card with your “nickname” on it in as many WIP images as possible, so that you can
feel assured the product is being made for you, and only you, by us.
Commission product will be tested for endurance when completed, and be able to handle average wear
and tear of daily con life. Items that are expected to be fragile will be explained and marked as such in
contract details.

Shipping
Shipping will be defaulted to USPS unless otherwise selected on the contract. Items will be insured by
USPS, and otherwise need additional payment for insurance on another carrier. You will be given an
estimate on shipping costs upon completion of the commission, based on size and weight. The
commission item will be shipped out upon final payment being completed. Ryllis Resin will then provide
you a shipping tracking number both through your preferred method of contact, and PayPal. We will
ship as soon as possible.

Payment
All payments will go through PayPal. Upon completing a contract, Ryllis Resin will send invoice to you.
The required deposit will be the minimal payment due, and marked on your invoice. Deposit will be the
cost of materials plus one (1) hour of labor unless total cost of the project is under fifty dollars USD
($50.00). The down payment for the commission is non-refundable.
Payment plans can be discussed on a commission by commission basis with us. Payment plans must be
completed at least one (1) month prior to the due date, to give a fair period of time to ship.
Should a commission have a due date that is less than 30 days away, a rush fee will be implemented.
The rush fee will depend on the labor and materials needed.

Delivery & Complications
Upon delivery we request, if willing, for clients to show images of their product, and confirm if they are
content with the product. You have seven (7) days within delivery to confirm if you are unhappy, or if a
complication has arisen.
Should an issue arise with:
Shipping: Ryllis Resin will work to do what can be done from a vendor’s side, and assist clients with any
process of shipping. This includes filing a claim for damages to pieces while in transport, or time it is
taken to ship. We are not responsible for packages that become lost in the mail if they are marked
“delivered”
Detail Work: If the detail is described and specified in the contract, and is incorrect from the final
product, we will fix the item for free so long as you cover return shipping. We will cover shipping to you.
If the detail is not described in the contract, and you approve the images sent to you, we will not change
details.
Damages: If damaged within shipment, it is covered under shipping insurance. Please notify us of any
damages within seven (7) days of delivery, and how the item became damaged. If the item was
damaged due to regular wear and tear, we will fix the item for free so long as you cover shipping back to

us. We will ship back to you free of charge. If damages are due to negligence or intentional damage, we
will fix the item for a fee.

Cancellation
Should you not pay your deposit within one (1) month of signing the contract, we withhold the right to
cancel your commission.
