Izadore, born Charles Isadore Belcher, is an artist, producer, songwriter, and voice actor. The
Tuscaloosa, Alabama native started making music as a teenager after watching the
documentary Scratch by filmmaker Doug Pray. Izadore is a student of pop culture icons
Pharrell Williams and Kanye West, and has crafted a unique blend of bouncy melodies and
hard hitting beats. Izadore got his first taste of the industry while spending some time in New
York City. After going back to Alabama he decided that his talents deserved a bigger platform.
This lead him to purchasing a one-way ticket to Los Angeles. Arriving in Los Angeles with little
money and no where to live he had to make a way out of no way. “That first year was
challenging,” he remembers. Determined to make connections that would help start his career
he paid his dues by taking unpaid internships with Broccoli City Festival and multi-platinum
music producer JGramm.
His debut project It Was All A Dream is due for release later this year.
