NOTICE TO TICKET HOLDER
The holder of this ticket (the �Holder�) is hereby granted one admission to the venue indicated on this ticket (the �Venue�) for the
purpose of viewing the event indicated on this ticket (the �Event�) upon the conditions set forth below. If this ticket is lost, stolen,
or otherwise displaced, and the Holder does not present the ticket at the Venue at the time of the Event, the Holder will not be
allowed to enter the Venue. It is unlawful to sell or resell tickets on Venue or adjoining property without written permission as
required by Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 42.03. Violation of this ordinance or the resale of tickets in violation of state law
(California Penal Code 346) may result in fine, imprisonment or both. THE HOLDER HEREBY ASSUMES ALL RISK OF INJURY
RESULTING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE RISK OF BEING HIT
BY A HOCKEY PUCK, HOCKEY STICK, BASKETBALL, TENNIS BALL, FOOTBALL, OR ANY OTHER PIECE OF EQUIPMENT
BEING USED FOR THE EVENT, OR BY A PLAYER OR OTHER PARTICIPANT, AND THE RISK OF INJURY DUE TO THE
NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT OF OTHER SPECTATORS, AND AGREES THAT STAPLES CENTER, MICROSOFT
THEATER, L.A. ARENA COMPANY, LLC, L.A. ARENA FUNDING, LLC, LA LIVE THEATRE, LLC, LA LIVE PROPERTIES, LLC,
ANSCHUTZ ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC., THE PROMOTER(S) AND PERFORMERS INVOLVED IN THE EVENT, AND
EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, PLAYERS, MUSICIANS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, PARTNERS,
MANAGERS, OWNERS, AFFILIATES, SPONSORS, CONTRACTORS, AND OTHER AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE
�RELEASEES�) SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY RESULTING FROM
SUCH CAUSES. The Holder grants permission to the Releasees to utilize the Holder�s image or likeness incidental to any live or
recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the Event. The Holder acknowledges and
agrees that any commercial or other unauthorized use of any transmission, picture, film, tape, writing, drawing, or other depiction
or description of the Event or any of the teams, players, performers or other participants therein, or any of their respective marks or
logos is prohibited without prior written approval of the Venue and any of the teams, players, performers, promoters or other
participants involved in the Event, as applicable. The Holder further agrees that the Holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting
any description, account, picture or reproduction of the Event or any portion thereof without prior written approval of the Venue and
the teams, players, performers, promoters or other participants involved in the Event, as applicable.
