REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS
JEANETTE TYE RUNYON,
COMES NOW, the Defendant, JEANETTE TYE RUNYON, hereby gives notice of
serving responses to Defendant, THOMAS MIX’S, First Requests for Admissions, served
on or about April 21, 2016.
1. Admits to posting about Plaintiff’s horrific defamation and harassment
2. Objection Plaintiff’s family is a third party and not part of this lawsuit.
3. Admitted. Retweeted once in 2013, Renae Alana’s tweet of a screen shot
of information the Plaintiff’s himself made publicly available on his
AboutMe and LinkedIn accounts. Repost was deleted account has been
gone for three years.
5. Objection, Plaintiff’s family is a third party and not part of this lawsuit
and a minor pubic figure in the local women’s body building scene.
However Defendant admits to reposting a link once in 2013 to a
newspaper article (http://npcnewsonline.com/winners-of-the-npctreasure-coast-championships/82417/) about female bodybuilders which
included a photo of awarding winning bodybuilder Julie Mix. Neither
Plaintiff’s name nor Ms Mix name was ever mentioned by defendant, just
an opinion about female bodybuilders.
