Key Features - CareStack 2.1
In CareStack version 2.1, we’ve added a Calendar icon for quick access, improved the claims
module, and improved access to information in other modules.

Navigation
Jump quickly to the Scheduling Calendar without using any menus with the new Calendar icon
on the navigation bar.

Scheduling
Move through the slot search results with new Previous and Next links which can even take
you beyond your original search to meet the patients’ needs.
Work with patients to reschedule from the reschedule queue without switching to the patient
profile since the phone numbers are now visible in the queue.
Check out patients quickly -the patient’s appointment page opens automatically when an
appointment is checked out.

Claims and Payment Management
Identify and sort claims with default filters and column based searching options.

Review paper and electronic claim details within the grid and use the automated status to
determine document requirements, or break claims into location or provider based batches.

Additional Improvements
Void prescriptions.
Upload up to 10 documents to a profile at once with an easy drag and drop tool.
