GUILD: TBD
Mission Statement: A competitive raiding guild progressing to the highest achievable difficulty.
Ranks
1) GM: Guild Master is the leader of the guild.
2) Officer: Will be in charge of major decisions, recruiting, and will handle any disputes
within the guild.
3) Core Raiders: Members of the high-level raid team.
4) Raiders: Members of the mid-level farm raid team.
5) Social: People who play casually and have little to no interest in raiding.
Raiding
This guild will be an active competitive raiding guild. The most active and competent raiders
will be assigned to top-notch raid team. These members will have the rank “Core Raiders”. These
members will have first priority to the raids as they are considered the best the guild has to offer.
Another raid team will be implemented to use as a farm team for our “Core Raiders”. These members
will be ranked the “Raiders”. They will be a more casual and friendly raid team. Members can be
promoted/demoted from each of these raiding ranks based on the votes of the Officers. The
promoting/demoting of members will be determined based on being active, showing up to raids on
time, playing your class/spec at a high level, and pulling your own weight in the raids.
Schedule:

Tuesday:

Thursday:

7:30 – 11:30 ST
7:30- 11:30 ST

Times are subject to change to fit the schedule of each raid team.
Raid Teams
1) Core Raiders:
• high-level team of 20 members
• Most active and dedicated
• Most skilled players within the guild
2) Raiders:

mid-level team with no maximum amount of members
Highly active and dedicated
Looking to advance and be promoted to “Core Raiders”
Serve as backups for the Core Raiders if they need more players

Loot
Loot Master will mostly likely be used unless stated otherwise by an officer or members of Loot
council. Officers and select members of the Raiders will be in the loot council. They will vote fairly
with regards towards who's receiving the loot. This will be determined based off what they feel is in the
best interest for the raid teams in order to help the teams progress. The Loot Council will join another

VOIP channel to discuss and vote the looting details. One random player from the raid team will be
invited to listen in on the conversation to insure to the other non-Loot council members that their
decisions were made fairly and in the best interest of the raid team.
