will be held at the Pompano public beach.

morning the parking lots will have spaces. The hu
will continue until? To get there take I-95 to t
Atlantic Ave, exit (NOT Delray Beach) and head ea
to the beach. Go north and by the pier on the left si
there is a big parking lot. If you get lost call Linda o
her cell at 561-352-4068. There will be details at
meeting April 10e.

tales table. Tom also won the silver dollar drawing
for those who brought things to the auction.

of the 50/50 drawing.

---*President's Message........
Spring is here. (For a day or two, anyway!) It's time
to do some spring cleaning of our metal detector
equipment. Although we all wipe down and clean our
machines after each hunt, this is a reminder to keep
the batteries fresh and keep your detector/s in a safe
place. We have lots of good hunts planned for the
upcoming months! Happy hunting!

Richard Gray a-nd Les Batts. Bob Grubb donated a
gold coin replica and John Presslein donated silver
coins. A big thank you!

per category. The item will have to have been fi
since the last meeting. For the April meeting you
select one item/category of anything found since Jan
1"'. Voting will be done by the members during t
break. Any ties will be broken by either
huntmaster or a designated representative if t
huntmaster has an item that is competing Wi
will get a silver half dollar. Also, starting in May
there will be a fourth category that will be
at the beginning of the meeting. This category wi
change every month so be sure to bring all of you
finds! Only the huntmaster will know that fou
category and thus will not be eligible to enter.

special thanks to John Lobota and Warren
Megibow for trying tq locate two lost earrings in a
very large yard in the Acreage. Lost were a thr
quarter CT diamond post and a three eighths CT
diamond post, both worn on the same ear. Me
like this give our hobby and club a good name!

you have to bring is sodas and ice and the club will
reimburse you up to $10. Volunteer!
