FORMAT:
54 hole stroke play, gross score, flighted
Day 1 – Modified Alternate Shot
Day 2 - Better Ball of Two
Day 3 - Combined Total of Both Balls
Championship Flight will play Championship Tees - All other Flights will play Tournament Tees
MAXIMUM HANDICAP INDEX OF 15.0
FLIGHTS:
Flighted according to the team member with the lowest handicap index
Teams may opt to be in the Championship Flight regardless of handicap
The Overall Team Champion will come from the Championship Flight
Flights will be determined after handicap verification and the total number of field entries
PAIRINGS:
Pairings will be made the first day according to handicap index within flights
2nd & 3rd day pairings will be made according to the previous day and cumulative scores within your flight.
First round tee times will be available on Tuesday November 28th, and e-mailed to all contestants
All three days will be in four-somes via 9 Minute tee times
ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all amateur golfers with an established USGA handicap index for two consecutive months
preceding the tournament
The handicap revision of November 15, 2017 will be used to determine handicaps for flighting
Falsification of handicap and /or amateur status will result in disqualification and forfeit of
entry fee and/or prize money
PRIZES:
Approximately 1/3 of the field will be paid and based on Flight size.
ENTRY FEE
$400.00 Entry fee Per Team : Included in fee - green fees, range balls, tee prize, final day lunch,
awards, and certificates.
DEADLINE:
Sunday, November 26, 2017 Checks must accompany entry – If wishing to use credit card,
entry must be dropped off at Encanto GC and player must present credit card and sign charge slip.
NO CASH entries will be accepted
Field limited to the first 60 Team entries - 120 Total Players.
No Refunds will be awarded after the entry deadline.
