The shower floor was observed to be incorrectly sloped and to be of poor workmanship.
Three to five areas (up to one square foot each) of the shower floor were observed to be
grossly counter-sloped; significant moisture was pooled in these areas several hours after
shower use. This condition can lead to mildew, mold, staining and may lead to a slipping
