Alex Bradford is a technology investor and serial entrepreneur. Alex is Managing
Partner at Voyager Global Advisors (www.voyagerglobal.com), a technologyfocused investment group in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Voyager’s mission is
to accelerate growth of technology companies that are changing the world or
changing their industries.
Alex is a co-founder of CryptoResearch (www.cryptoresearch.io), the first
blockchain platform disseminating research and information on cryptocurrencies
(the “Bloomberg of Crypto”).
He was founding CEO of Brazil Internet Group, a holding company of leading ecommerce brands in Brazil, and co-founder of Yango / HotelHoje, the first online
discount travel marketplace in Latin America.
Alex was a Research Analyst (long/short TMT) at SAC Capital Advisors, a $14B
hedge fund, where he invested in Internet, software, and video game companies.
Before SAC, he was an investment banker (TMT) at Goldman Sachs, and a
Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.
Alex was founding CEO of the HIV/AIDS Treatment Access Initiative, an antiretroviral drug redistribution platform with >60 branches throughout the US. He is
author of the book Generation Y for the Global Village and has taught courses on
entrepreneurship at Stanford.
He received a BA in Human Biology (2005) with Honors and Distinction (top 5%)
from Stanford University, where he was a Class President, founder of the Stanford
Undergraduate Research Journal, and elected to USA Today’s All-USA College
Academic Team (“top 20 college students” in the US). Alex received his MBA
from the Harvard Business School (2007), where his favorite course was “Building
and Sustaining a Successful Enterprise” taught by Clay Christensen.
