RETAIL PROFIT
Overview





Retail Profits are based on purchases made by individuals that are personally enrolled by
Coinspace Global Affiliates. At the Retail prices, customers can purchase physical product, or
Hashing Power contracts. Coinspace Global affiliates can also enroll a business or individual with
a Retail Merchant Account, Affiliates will generate a monthly retail commission from each active
Retail Merchant Account they personally established.



Retail Profits are 7%-12% based on the product or products that are being sold.


Retail Hashing power Commissions



Hashing Commissions are generated from the Hashing power contracts that you sell or 12% of
the contracts that your team sells or purchases. The amount and size of hashing power contract
determines the amount of the commission. Hashing Power Commissions are paid twice per
month. These commissions are generated from the Sale of any cryptocurrency that the Affiliate
chooses to sell back to Coinspace Global.



Cryptocurrency the S-coin. All held cryptocurrency will then be converted into the S-Coin. And
released on to the blockchain at the companies descrection.

Commissions are calculated daily and paid twice per month on the 14 and 28 of each
calendar month.

FAST START CHALLENGE
Overview



Fast start 56 Day Challenge pays you immediate income on all purchases for the first 56 days of
your new affiliates and customers.



Fast Start 56 Day Challenge will be paid out based on all personal orders of your personally
enrolled and sponsored Affiliates or customers from day 0 to day 56. Affiliates will earn a 10%
Fast start bonus on these purchases. Fast Start 56 Day Challenge does not compress up if the
enroller does not qualify to receive the commission.



Qualified members will also earn Fast Start 56 Day Challenge on up to 3 generations of
purchases. 10% - Generation 1, 5% - Generation, 5% - Generation To be qualified to earn these
commissions, you must be active and in good standing with the company and be enrolled in the
Coinspace Global Hashing Power generation program and adhere to Coinspace Terms and
Conditions.

TEAM COMMISSIONS
Overview



Based on monthly team commissionable volume in a binary structure. Commission are 10% of
the total volume in your lesser leg (lesser volume) in UNLIMITED depth, up to €60,000 maximum
per week based on your previous month paid as title or rank. Team Commissions are paid
weekly.



Everyone and their purchases in your binary structure count towards your commissionable
volume during the weekly cycle, even people placed under you by upline team members. You
must personally enroll and maintain 2 active members with business packages,



Commissions are calculated weekly. Payout is cycled every week and paid out 21 days following
commissions calculation.

Total payout is based on your previous month Rank and Title (See Rank and Title
Section) 1 month Paid as Rank is tied to initial enrollment package purchased in
compliance with AML, KYC and Coinspace Terms and conditions.

Overview
Coinspace Global sets aside 1% of the gross sales less commissions paid. All active members
from Executive Director and above receive a global profit share through the comp plan. Paid
quarterly.

A percentage share of 1% of the gross sales less paid out commissions of total company
volume per year. This goes into a pool this pool is then divided into the number of active
eligible distributors from the rank of Executive Director to Crown Ambassador. This
number is then divided into the pool which equals a share value.
Formula: (Gross Sales-Commissions Paid)/The number of total eligible distributors
Executive Director to Crown Ambassador = Share Value.

Overview
The first title in the Coinspace Global program is the title of Associate Member. You will be able
to advance to a higher rank as you help of your team advance and grow in the Coinspace Global
business. There are two potential titles.



First is called Lifetime Rank, this is determined by the highest rank achieved during your career
with Coinspace Global.



All commissions and awards are determined by the level of qualifications you meet on a weekly
and monthly basis. This is called the “Paid As” Rank.
