General Information



All prices include disposable plates, napkins, forks and knives
For china, glass and silver service, add $5.99 per person to the
menu price. (Available with wait staff service only).
• In addition to a gratuity for the delivery person who will set up your
entire buffet a local delivery service fee of $2.99 applies.
Additional out of town delivery charges vary according to distance of
city or town.
• Chaffing dishes, which will keep your entrees hot, for up to two
hours, are available for your use at no charge for parties of 25 or
more. A credit card deposit required.
• $5.00 per chaffing dish charge for parties of 25 or less.
• $15 Pick up fee for platters & chaffing dishes for local parties with
out wait staff service.
• Full choice of linens is available.
• Wait staff service is available for a minimum of four hours, for an
additional 20% gratuity, or a minimum of $20.00 per hour per waiter.
For parties exceeding four hours time there is an additional charge of
$20 per hour/waiter. All charges will include travel time.
• Bartenders are available at a charge of $20.00 per hour, minimum
of 4 hours. (one bartender per 75 guests)
• Bar set up fee $100 up to 100 guests. (Ice, fruit, condiments, napkins, sip sticks)
• On site chef services are available for $29.00 per hour (4 hr min).
• On site dishwasher are available for $15.00 per hour (4 hr min).
• A final guest count needs to be received by Ciao Bella no later
than five days before your event.
• All credit card payment are subject to a processing fee.
• To ensure your reserved date a non refundable deposit is
required.
• Prices do not include Massachusetts State Sales Tax.
