The CEO of the organization has been in the construction
business for over two decades working with some of the
largest construction businesses in the country.
The CEO has extended experience in raising large projects
from the ground and executing innovative designs with
successful execution of timely completion.
Started the business with the idea of providing wholesome
construction services to the valued clients providing ease of
access and satisfaction to the clients.

Abdul Rahman Adeel
Director Finance and Supply Chain
Having a rich professional background and industry
experience, the Director Finance and Supply Chain is a
business graduate in Supply Chain Management.
With a policy of total transparency and integrity, the
director keeps the company’s operations in accordance with
the core values.
Joined the business with the aim of delivering clients with
the unmatched promise our policies commit.

Maj (R) Asim Ali Khan
Director Marketing and HR
Having extensive experience of infrastructure rebuilding in LIPA
Azad Kashmir after the earthquakes and 25 years of Army service,
the Director Marketing and HR is an MBA in Human Resource
Management.
The Director looks after the organization’s marketing division as
well as Human Resource Management.
The company takes pride in having his expertise and deep understanding of the business
environment and tactical infrastructure rebuilding expertise.

Mohammad Junaid Mustafa
Director Engineering services
The director engineering services has wide experience of
professional consultancy and engineering services working for
around two decades on some of the largest construction projects
in the country.
He is an Engineering graduate having rich background of leading
projects over tough timelines and tight inspections.
The Director Engineering services heads the organization’s engineering division with all his
knowledge and expertise to serve the customers with best possible services.

The Director projects has over 25 years of market experience coupled with extraordinary technical

Our Projects
Construction Projects at Karachi Club
Swimming pool steel structure construction and finishing work:
Being the main registered contractor of Karachi club, one of our many
projects there in which we take pride is that we built and done finishing
work of swimming pool at Karachi club. It was a problem well solved for
the client as it was long left pending due to technical difficulties before
we took over. Half the project has already been executed and we will
soon complete it on schedule with the grace of the Almighty. The total
cost of the project is around 12.7 million rupees.

Swimming pool shed automation and engineering:
One of the most challenging projects we have been trusted for is the
automation and fixation of motorized Teflon sheet shed on the already
built steel structure at swimming pool in Karachi club. Our team is
working on it day and night to deliver it well on time. Some glimpses of
the planned project are as follows,

Games Hall construction and finishing work:
We have also built and renovated the Club’s main pool and board
games Hall. The project has already been completed and operative to
this day. It was another job well done by the organization with Karachi
club.

Construction of Saylani Welfare Trust livestock yard
Saylani Welfare trust entrusted us with designing and building the
water flow system for their live stock yard. The yard covers an area of
13 acres and the task was to design a central water flow system which
can take the waste water out without the solid waste so it could be
used to water the crops of the same entity. Our team successfully
planned and executed the whole requirement and we count it as one of
our achievement projects.

Finishing work of sports villas at Bahria Town Karachi
Being the hub of construction throughout the country, Bahria town is
an ideal place to work for any construction concern. We take pride in
having been successfully executing complete finishing work of 30 villas
at Bahria town Karachi Phase 4.
