Psychiatrist Dr. Deepak Raheja Elucidates On How To
Overcome Suicidal Tendencies

Throughout my career, I have met people with suicidal tendencies. Some know
about it and some are unaware, as this tendency is mostly controlled by their
anti-conscience.
It is very natural to feel a little low at times. We all know that life itself is not a
piece of cake and we all face the ups and down throughout our lifetime. We
must understand that no matter what the situations is, there is always a way to
resolve the issues within our mind. We need to make conscious and rational
decisions instead of giving into stress and depression.

From daily workouts to healthy diet, from healthy socializing to meditation,
there are various ways to keep out mental state sane and safe. For a person
who has constant negative thoughts, the brain gets hard-wired accordingly.
These habits of adverse thoughts form neural circuits.
We must understand that every experience that we come across, are our
learning. We need to constantly remind us that behind every dark cloud, there
is always a silver lining. Furthermore, if we come across people who are really
depressed and have suicidal tendencies, we must always try to help them out.
Being compassionate is what the world needs and we must always have an
open ear for the people who need it.
Being the director of Hope Care India, mental wellness centre, I make sure that
all my patients suffering from depression have a platform where they can open
up and express their feelings. I and my team of professional psychiatrists and
therapists help people by letting them know that trying to commit suicide is
very similar to being and acting selfish. We make them realize that they may
decide to leave their life, but what about the family and friends that they plan
to leave behind as well. They are the one who also have to suffer the doings
and in much challenging ways.
At Hope Care India, we provide psychiatric treatment that helps people with
depression and suicidal tendencies to cope with real life. We help them in
feeling positive through various skill development programs and group
therapies. We bring forth treatment programs by few of the best psychiatrists
in Delhi, who hold experience and expertise in helping different kinds of
patients. At Hope Care, we care for the wellbeing of everyone.
