If you’re someone who reads a lot and knows how to put their thoughts into words, we’re waiting to share a
cup of coffee with you and understand how we can work together. Unlike other agencies, we want someone
who can take up a leadership position and build a strong content team in the very first few months of
working with us.
Honestly, there’s a lot of work to be done so we don’t want one of those 9 to 5ers applying for this profile. If
you’re motivated, patient and not looking at ‘just another stint’ in writing, send in your resume to
We’d prefer someone with a degree in English but that’s not the sole deciding factor as long as you’re a
voracious reader and in love with grammar.
So, if you are willing to do it, then here’s what we have in mind for you:
Reading books, yes lots of books, and helping in marketing them to the potential readers (We have
the world’s biggest publisher as our client and the brand happens to be our core focus)
Developing brand strategies, writing creative briefs and content plans, guiding development and
presentation of the creative work.
Managing and multitasking across a significant number of deliverables for campaigns.
Content writing for integrated communication campaigns.
Crafting creative copies for online and electronic media creatives.
Editing and proofreading of short and long copies.
Working closely with the design team to develop high impact marketing assets, designing and
implementing research projects to address client business issues, gaining insight into target
audiences and testing ad concepts.
Leading discussions/brainstorming sessions
Crafting copy for advertising as well as short video promos
Recruiting and training fellow copywriters
Unlike writing copies on the basis of the knowledge already gained formally, this role is about reading a lot
more, reading more quickly and learning the art of positioning products from a lot of categories as different
entities that appeal to targeted audiences.
