Lely Resort is a very popular community in Naples FL. The development offers a plethora of amenities at
its fabulous Players Club. Lely home owners enjoy two lagoon-style pools, lap and kid’s splash pools,
several restaurants, a great fitness center with a full line-up of exercise classes and top-notch exercise
equipment. There is a vibrant tennis community, avid pickle-ball players, biking enthusiasts and lots of
walkers. Dog owners will like the Bark Park with separate play areas for larger and smaller breeds.
Golfers can play two public and one private 18-hole Championship courses, take a lesson or relax at Sam
Snead’s Tavern.
Lely Resort is a great place to live because it has fast access to Naples and Marco Island Beaches,
shopping and restaurants. The community has been popular with home buyers for many years. Here is
a quick overview of the sales and average prices for the last ten years.
The number of real estate sales in Lely was consistently over 220 sales for most of the last ten years.
This meets the typical number of real estate for sale in Lely Resort, which usually runs between 180 and
230 listings.
Sales of Lely Resort real estate have grown from 87 sales in 2007 to 247 sales in 2012 and 269 sales in
