supplement or replace paper/PDF itinerary
documents with a stylish, interactive mobile app.

Our team will work with you to design a stylish
white labelled app with your logo, branding and

clients are concerned, the app is 100% yours.
Our intuitive and easy to use CMS enables your
staff to easily create itineraries and bookings
personalised for your clients and containing their
itinerary, travel documents and all the
information they’ll need to get the most from
their trip.

The app includes in-depth and in-brief itineraries
with pop-up destination info; guide and hotel
information; messaging communications between
head office, guide and travellers (text, email, chat,
voice, video); document storage; and daily instant
feedback satisfaction surveys.

Tour operators can connect to the app through a
web based content management system (CMS) or,
with the Enterprise version, by pushing itineraries
directly from their reservations system.

Our Contacts Directory means all the names,
numbers and emails your clients will need during
their trip - your office, hotels, guides,
transportation suppliers etc - are stored within the
app and easily accessible when needed.
And our Documents area means you can get rid of
those old paper tickets. Your clients can store
all of their travel documents - visas, flight tickets,
hotel vouchers, insurance policies etc - via the app,
for easy access at any time.
