Preclinical and clinical pharmacology of anticancer agents; in particular pharmacology of
antimetabolites, molecular mechanisms of tumor drug resistance, pharmacogenomics and
pharmacogenetics, design and writing of pharmacogenomic and pharmacogenetic clinical trials,
with emphasis on drugs used in the treatment of gastrointestinal neoplasms.
Publications:
She is author of original articles and review on national and international peer-reviewed journals
(see PubMed: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez), more than 10 chapters in national and
international books, more than 80 communications at national and international meetings.
