WHAT YOU NEED:






4 small slices whole wheat bread
1 large tomato, diced
2 tsp. virgin olive oil
1 avocado
handful of spicy sprouts

Nutrition per serving:

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Toast the bread. In the meantime, finely
dice the tomato and place it in a small
bowl. Mix in the oil and season with salt
and pepper.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the
stone. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon
and cut into cubes.
To serve spread the tomatoes over the
toast, top with avocado cubes and sprouts.
Season with ground pepper and serve
immediately.
