THE LA$T HUhIT OF TI{E YEAR

v/as held at Riviera Beach at 5:80 pM on Nov.
23 and it was sort of strange! 13 members
showed up and ate at the $ubway prior to the
hunt and then watched a well built blonde who
kept changing her clothes with different
Christmas costumes inctuding red irikini thongs,
etc. AND then rhe hunters found out that no one
was allowecj to go on the beach after sunset but
those who wert; already on the beach could stay
therel The policeman thought we were nuts
going on the beach after dark but we got there

before the "cLlrfew." Linda, the huntmaster,
were a flashing red headlight so the hunters
knew where sire was. Bob Dobski found a

crowbar which could have been used for
defense against the lurkers in the dark sand

dunes! Les Ba'tts only got to hunt for about ten
minutes befcr'e his deiector rod cracKed. Hoh
Dobski's batteries failed him about 7pM. Karen
Karsen found a silver earring and Dorothy Mills
dug a good looking gold pin with a chain and a
beliy button riirg. (Whatever that is.) Cheryl
Petenbrink found the rnost coins totaling $t ^fg
with Stacey deLucia a close second wittt $t.Za.
We went back to the Subway about 7:30 and
tallied finds. No prizes were given out. lt wa$ a
weird evening!
