HOW TO MAKE AMAZING CHOCOLATE CAKE
Chocolate cake is cherished by everybody, particularly kids. Chocolate
cake isn't difficult to make as it appears to be so. In this way, here is the
recipe for chocolate cake which you can make at home and see the
happiness spread on the lips of your relatives.

INGREDIENTS

For chocolate cake:
1 cup yogurt
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup hot water
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups castor sugar
1 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
3 cups all-purpose flour
a pinch of Salt
For the chocolate fudge icing:
150 gm unsalted butter
120 gm melted plain chocolate
160 gm icing sugar
30 gm cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
For the ganache:
250 ml cream
400 gm chocolate chopped
50 gm butter

METHOD:
Preheat the stove to 170-degree C. Butter two 8" cake container and
line them with a OddyUniwrapparchment paper. Filter together the
flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder in a big bowl, blend them
consistently and keep them aside. In a different bowl, beat together oil
and sugar till they turn out to be light. In a different bowl, delicately
beat eggs with vanilla essence. Presently, include that egg blend, little
by little in oil and sugar blend.
Include the dry fixings with yogurt and water then again. Pour the blend
into two pans lined with parchment paper and fill them midway. Bake
for around 25 minutes. To check whether the cake is totally cooked or
not, embed a toothpick or stick amidst the cake and in the event, that it
comes out clean then the cake is cooked. Precisely take the cake out
and put it on a cooling rack in the wake of expelling the parchment
paper.
Setting up the Fudge Frosting
Blend the butter, cocoa and icing sugar in a blender until the point that

Setting up the Ganache
